AOY character account unlocks.

in Star Trek Online General Discussion
Does getting all reputations to tier 5 on a Agents of Yesterday unlock the perk(mark XIII Ultra rare) for the account or just that character? I just unlocked it for my aoy character and heard it was supposed to be an account unlock but it doesn't look like it unlocked for my other characters.

    i think you have to get some gizmo from carey the temporal guy outside of quinn's office
    and each char has to get it. I don't know if the roms can, or if the klinks have a guy on qu'nos

    It unlocks for your account but you have to get it via the Temporal Agent Officer per character.
    The Rising of the Delta is the best expansion ever, and people love it to death because it is a good day to die in the endless struggle for supremacy of your own conviction. (A spin off of the Delta Rising is the best expansion ever and all the players love it.)

    you might also need to do a map transfer or character change after you talk to Phillip Crey / etc.

    Your agent must claim the bonus for them self first. Then each other character claims it from the temporal contact. For romulans this is the allied faction contact. And kdf can absolutely claim it too, from the contact on the right hand side of the great hall on qo'onos
