except bort's already mentioned in a redit sub thread on sto redit. that the new rom carrier while it comes with gather intel powers and 2 hanger bays is NOT a sci carrier. it gets no sensor analysis and no sub system targetting common to a sci ship. But I do agree that the new rom carrier will be pricey no doubt.

As an expensive alternative to the lack of a romulan T6 sci ship. the Nakhoul sci vessel has been rather pleasent complete with built in battle cloak. it almost feels like it was made for Roms. Is it perfect ? no , but as a sci ship it works rather well. Just expensive.

The Isokinetic Cannon is less of a cannon and more of a torp launcher. Given how awesome of outrageous expectations people placed on a T6 Defiant. suprised no one's campaigned for the ship to have come with a special ship trait ,"Attack Pattern Sisko". But seeing it was bundled with the kor and t'varo. that wasn't gonna happen. Missed Oppertunity.

with the Zen sale and such bought the T6 T'varo to finish off my collection of warbirds. Now the wait for a T6 Ha'feh, Ha'nom, Dhelan, and Scimitar . Such is life for those that main Romulans.

yeah after logging out and restarting I was able to use the trait slots previously locked. It also allowed me to choose both rom operative and plain Operative. Nice boost there if it's Working as intended.

for some reason both my Romulan sci and Romulan Tac captains have Romulan operative locked taking up 3 space trait slots on both characters with an option to add Romulan operative in a fourth trait slot. the three locked traits I've been unable to cancel / remove. So I'm going to presume this is a bug ?.
