  • its 75 marks, 100 on crit :) But yea, check your department heads. Theres a bunch there which have 50 dil base rewards, 250 dil on crit. And since in fleet, head to the mine and do the two doff mission there. Lots of various xp you can turn into fleet marks on the starbase, console in the room you buy doffs in.
  • From my (albeit limited) testing with RAPID mod on some DHC was that it would not fire while i had a cannon skill active. So since i had two copies of CSV1, i only had a 10 second window every 30 secs where it could proc. and with the 2.5% chance, it came so rarely.   • From what i could tell, it lowered cooldowns on all my boff abilities + gave me subsystem power. then lifesupport itself got the recharge penalty when it ran out. I could be wrong tho, but thats what it seemed when i ran two copies of it to test.
  • Reroute power from lifesupport isn't bad at all. Recharge bonus + power bonus. Tho the moral implications of murdering your entire crew, being the only left on the ship is kinda... daunting. My crew was pretty much permantly between 0 and 10 while i tried it.
  • Actually. SubNucleonic Beam was the only skill Science had going for them, but now anyone can do that with Intel Boff seating. There is a mantra. "Anything a Sci can do, a Tact can do better".

  • OVER and RAPID don't proc when you have a weapon skill active, like Scatter Volley or fire at will. So that limits their use pretty much.
  • yes its just a display bug in the tooltip which cryptic been lazy to fix since it doesn't affect anything.
