one Free pack per account, but they can be bought for each character, I bought 2 on 2 different characters, for a 3rd character I wanted the Free one but it didn't work.

I have the same problem. I made two Lukari outfits and saved them, one with the Helmet and one without, when I hit the load button in the tailor on either outfit the game crashes. I have this same problem, after buying and spending nearly 1000 Zen for the 192'000 Dilithium to run this project so that I could get access to walkways I find there is no access.

I did upgrade it anyway just to see and it has improved way more, so the upgrade windows preview of Epic was wrong but it still upgraded properly. All's well that end's well :)

I did get my screenshots and videos back by restoring a shadow copy I found on my computer.

Thank you for response's, I was thinking that my only option would be to use a recovery program. It's very bad that this happens when just uninstalling for a reinstall so that stability is improved, people's hard work at making video's all gone, make's me wonder why I paided to be a life-time sub.

Anyone having trouble changing the costume on the Klingon ship ? Edit - Found out that the Adapted Honour Guard shield doesnt allow costume change.

I accessed the in-game C-Store on my mini-map and tried to buy some zen with the Buy ZEN button, the web page that button normally takes me to isnt their. I was wondering after reading some of the above posts here if the zen purchase has been brought offline for maintenence.

For those who have half completed this mission and then got the bug that stopped them from finishing it I can also confirm that the work-around does complete the mission with only a little loss of dialogue. Played the episode twice now and both time it was bugged and I couldnt finish, now I carnt log back in. Tried to go back in with transwarp for 12000EC and it didnt work so I lost that EC for nothing.

And now isnt it odd that just 2 trys on cure after creating this thread, on the very next day, I get the proto-tech that I wanted. The mission was a failed opptional and I wasnt really trying, Ive done way better on previous trys, so why now.

For the record I did mean the Cure mission not the Khitomer Accord mission, I got the names the wrong way round. The mission itself is way to hard when all it does is end in failure most of the time and even with a stronger ship and better equiped it hasnt changed a thing, still die all the time.
