So I had a bug that has not allowed me to reclaim Borg bridge officer and a tribble of Borg which I purchased in 2012, moving onto now the GM asked me to post here for a resolution however they said it's bugged and sounds to me I'll be losing my items anyway
Additionally when I purchased the legendary 2409 pack, and got the caelian I never actually received the bridge officers/weapons I only received the ship which is so stupid even though got refunded for the items it would be nice to actually get the boffs and weapons that was given in the pack, the ship is in my account too so why not the rest
I have an IDIC tribble that is currently lost, it seems that i cannot reclaim it, even though i must of bought it when it went to f2p, I have a few additional items missing for example, the Legendary cailan accesories that came with the 2409 box, But the IDIC tribble is missing so i was wondering if this could be sorted out as soon as possible!
This morning i transferred a Isomagnetic plasma distribution console (disruptor) mk2 from shinji to my Oga character, Now i upgraded it to gold, Now its bound to my Oga character and i dont regularly use this character to warrant the console, now im stuck as i have spent a gold upgrade token, and dilithium to get the right modifiers and can't get it back to shinji >.>
During the winter event I purchased a knit cap. The item does not show in the headgear drop down but I did purchase again and received the message that I already had one. Also, baseball cap as part of baseball uniform is no longer showing as available. Only piece of headgear that I currently own that is available via the drop down is the mini emancipator.

Map you were going to: Winter Wonderland #7 to meet with my IRL Brother
Bought the Frosted Boots, Winter Hat - Knitted and Elite Scarf [KDF] for festive currencies and the currencies were consumed, Opened the boxes for the Scarf and Hat and was excited try them on as my character's head looks cold in the Winter Wonderland. I go to the Tailor in the map, and didn't see either the Hat or the Scarf at the Tailor. Frosted boots however, appeared as they should.
My brother suggested I log out and back in, so I first Character swapped to check my Doff missions. Went back to Bahamute, still no hat or Scarf.
I don't even know where the scarf will show up if I get it.
I'd love to be refunded the currencies for the hat and scarf so I can buy them again.

I still cannot find my hat but it says I have it? I bought another hat and was able to put the 'duplicate' into my Account Bank.
I was in the exchange posting master keys one by one and as I dropped my stack of 10 in the game froze up for a second. When it unfroze the stack had been posted for the amount of a single key which immediately was bought out by I'm guessing a bot. Was literally seconds. I have tried reaching out to the buyer but have gotten no response. I put in a ticket and was advised by the admin to post this on the official forums as well.
I recently lost my opened t6 token from a 3 gift pack that i put in my bank and i never got to spend it because i was saving it for when new ships came out

with the current tholian event ( Universal Kit Module - Tholian Technology Suite reward) i used the buy out with in two hours of the event being life but it seems that it is not being accound reclaimable for any of my charachters. even the character on wich i bought the tholian drone can not re claim it, but only gotten the event item from the "claim reward" thingy after finishing the event together with the 25000 dilithium and skill points
could this please be fixed? it would be really fun to use this kit on some of my lower level charachters.

This is a bug with the raclaim, it has happened before and they end up fixing it, just no idea how long it will take.
Sometimes they fix it within a week of the event starting other times not long before the event is over.
My Klingon recruitment unforgettable 200000xp has become truly unforgettable. I cannot open it. It did not go into general inventory. I can move it around, including to bank, but I cannot drop it. Please advise?
I received the EPIC Polymorphic Probe Pack, and the Console - Universal – Polymorphic Probe Array that was included in the pack disappeared from the slot it was in on my ship when I logged in, the Slot then became unusable until you dry-docked the ship and then pulled it back out from dry-dock. I am unable to purchase the Solanae Tribble from the Phoenix Prize token store. I was able to claim it on a different character. It is not in my inventory, and it is greyed out unable to purchase on my main character. In reference to 1109253: Solanae Tribble missing
I bought 3 experimental Ship Upgrade Tokens from the Phoenix Shop. 2 were purchases with Ultra Rares and 1 with Very Rare. I upgraded one of my ships, the multimission science ship, but when I checked my character's inventory later there was only 1 Ship Upgrade token left instead of two. I checked my 3 active characters inventory, bank, and my account bank but I'm still missing one. All of the Upgrade tokens were on my Sikunu vulcan when I upgraded my ship from TX-1 to TX-2. It was after the upgrade that I noticed that I was missing one. I moved to remaining token to my Account Bank.
Update: At 627am CST on 8.1.2024 I bought another Upgrade token with Phoenix tokens (ultra rare) since initially reporting this problem. This is NOT the missing token. I have two not but should have three.

I purchased a "Risian Caracal (Andorian)" box from the summer event store and attempted to open it, not realizing that I already had the pet in my inventory. Instead of simply refusing to open the box, the box vanished after displaying the following message - "[8/3 10:34][Inventory]Risian Caracal (Andorian): You may only have one of a unique item". Since it is a unique item, no extra pet was awarded.

if your inventory was full the D.O. would go into an overflow bag. Do you have that. If so check there. Also if your crew complement was also full said officer would also go into an overflow bag.

Hello, Thanks. At the time of claiming, the inventory was far from full. There were only around 85 duty officers in total (out of a capacity of 100). Also, after claiming the reward for another mission, two prisoners did go into the overflow bag but, "Kovnor" does not appear there.

Item missing from ship, pre update was equipped on active ship and now shows as equipped on another but isnt on any ship in the roster or in the bank.
Have relogged, changed characters, ship etc & all other basic fixes but its still just showing as on another ship when it isnt.
EDIT: Have also noticed that other ships in the roster are showing old loadouts which have long since been overwritten.
Any help would be appreciated.

I then received a message saying it had been sold in exchange. and in the message who sold to which is included in the message I received in the email.
I reported the issue, advised by the support team to log additional bug reports on the bug support form.
The support team advised could see it had been posted on the exchange but on next email said no trace of the item being posted to the exchange. received Our record shows that you never lost or sold a Console - Tactical - Phaser Relay within the last two weeks. were they previously told me were able to see it posted in the exchange on my previous email received and now telling me no record was found of existence or that it had sold.
this was On account of Alex, I did not receive it back or any energy credits. I have been on Star Trek online for years and never had this happen before.
The address in the email I received showed the account had been sold. this has been reported to the support team.
that says it has been sold I received it in the message before the email disappeared after reported to you but did not receive any credits for the item or receive it back. It looked like the email was deleted after being reported as disappeared from the account however I had copied information in the original email when reported to the support team.
