hello i had over 775000000 in my account bank when i tried to transfer it to my chracter the withdraw button was greyed out. i guessed this was because my subscription seems to have cancelled. i then purchased the energy credit cap and the button ungreyed. i pressed the button to transfer the funds on to one of my characters and the whole balance disappeared

Recently on Vistra Xetan@vanessaira character, my Epic MK15 Quantum Phase Converter Universal Console went missing from my ship. The console shows "This item is equipped on a different ship" yet none of my other ships have this console.
I submitted a ticket (#482881) and they wanted me to post a bug report here.

Now the former starship is bugged saying it is the model of my current starship, which isn´t, they are different, but even the game symbol and equipments became the same.

Did you check your other ships to make sure it was not moved over to them and check their Visual slots as well?
I'm having an issue where I've reached Fleet Admiral 65--but I no longer can progress my character with Space or Ground Points, and all my upper right toolbar points show zero. I'm also progressing through the story--but all items are capped at XII.
I'm seeing multiple bugs, with inventories and banks i have had 1 or 2 items disappear (not important ones though so it's cool) and also when i switch to my Bank or to different Exchange windows i have to run the mouse cursor over the objects for them to properly change and all the ones i can sell or everything i can place in my Bank to be highlighted, it doesn't always happen but a lot of the time it does, so i have both my bank or Exchange open with my Inventory, as you do and it's a bit messed up but a few things are.
Submitted a bug report in-game already. I had a beam overload build in my ship with four zhat vash disruptor dual beam banks. Upgraded all banks to mk xv (not epic) in the morning. In the afternoon I went to save the loadout but loaded a loadout instead. All the dual beam banks disappeared. They are not in my inventory, neither of my banks, and not on any of my other ships. I did not have a loadout saved with these weapons. Frustrating.
I've lost the ability to claim the Intel Dreadnought purchased as an account wide unlock as part of the Mudd's Kelvin Into Darkness bundle. The other two parts remain, which are the Kelvin ship pack 1 and Kelvin ship pack 2. I've checked the entire store, with and without using filters. During the sale, I recall there being a Geordi Boff available. It didn't appear properly - no text, and the claim button was always active, even though I've never purchased it. And it didn't work. I'm not having the images refresh when selecting a different preview image. Which leads me to believe it's a UI issue. I asked support if there was a cache I could clear, but they were unhelpful, and told me to hope for a patch or another player to fix it for me.

2) Last night (the 17th of September 2021) i purchased the Temporal agent starter pack from the pro,motions tab & only got 2 of pack items to work. Ship (can't remember the name, but did go to "Aquire ships" to get the tier 6 ship but have a brain mulfunction "dyspraxia" too so would love a hand with making sure i have these items spread out over my fed characters (R&D bonus to Christine chapel, Ship to Boines, badge to Everyone, uniform to Robbinson) PLEASE??? If this could be mended it woulld be "O" for awesome THANKS
3) I'm used to games that read go here do this, go here do that (the game will worry about the rest) are there any tutorials that don't speak abbreviations & break EVERYTHING down from Scratch or is there a way of making this so in game for people with dissabillities PLEASE

Those set pieces are reclaimable. I don't remember which store they are reclaimable from, but it's either the Dilithium Store or the Event Store. Either way, it is free to reclaim.

This is not a bug. This is a baked-in effect for TOS characters. Transporter effects are currently not customizable.
I have had a recent experience as well. About a week ago, I had originally filled in all requirements for the Tilly's Review-pending Modified Shield available under Tier V discovery legends reputation except for the P. stellaviatory canisters, which I filled in one by one over the following next two days. Once complete, the countdown began at 3 seconds, but I did not receive the shield. I performed a search online for possible fixes for this issue and following other player's recommendations, ,I have searched my personal inventory, bank inventory, in progress mission, reclaim under dilithium, but so far I have not had success finding the shield. I have also logged off and on again with no success. It was recommended I post the issue here in hopes other players may have encountered the same issue, and are aware or have come across possible solutions I have not attempted?

All of my toons are unable to reclaim these vessels/items, however, all of those items excepting the Crystalline Spike Universal Kit Module were claimed and still appear on my main KDF toon (CosGrave). Due to medical reasons I was forced to leave STO after completing the 2018 Q's Winter Wonderland event and was unable to return until the second Temporal Agent event began. 3 weeks prior to now, when I attempted to reclaim several items was the time I noticed that all of the previously achieved ships and items were either missing or did not show under the reclaim options.
I've just lost a Torpedo Vulnerability Locator Mk XV (Epic) - Was in the bank now it's nowhere, not in the bank nor on any of my ships, I have no idea where it has gone.
I have sold 100 Zen for dilithium at the exchange and the history shows me that the transaction was complete and the Zen is out of my balance. However, when I want to buy a new ship, I am shown that I do not have any dilithium "YOU HAVE: 0".

After completing your transaction did you withdraw the dilithium from the exchange so you can use it? This is a separate step using the withdraw button on the exchange.

Two Agony Phaser Beam Array MK XV (purple) changed, when i was trying to equip the weapons from the phantom to the lex the list only showed three agony pahsers instead of all five. I went back to the view of the Phantom and found that in front slot one sits an
Tempoiral Defense Chroniton Dual Cannons MKXII (blue) and in the second aft weapons an Phaser Beam Array MK XI (green)
Realoading, switchign back to the old ship did not fix it.
