I recently created a new character to progress through a different discipline (Engineering). After creating the character I went to the Tailor (Avatar Look Changer) and found that uniforms I own were being charged ZEN again.

This is concerning my captain, Pie@vaugner#2006. On May 10, around 8:00 at night I noticed that an elite fleet phaser dual cannon mk 15, which was upgraded to epic was missing from my ship. It had an acc 2 and dmg proc modifier. On May 11, around 8:00 in the morning I discovered that an elite fleet phaser dual beam bank mk15, which was upgraded epic was missing from my bank. It had an acc 2 and dmg proc modifier. Thank you for your attention.
I got the seven of nine (picard) outfit. I know I did because after I purchased it, it show in the uniforms section for all 3 factions (fed, klingon, romulan) but it was greyed out, like all my other purchases.
When the even was over, I didn't have the option showing in my uniform listing for any faction, nor did I see it when I went to the tailor to try and find it.
This is affecting all my characters on my Jennidax account.
I bought an energy credit inventory upgrade, then a friend transferred me 20,000,000 energy credits, but though the credits were debited from his end, I only received around 11,000,000 due presumably to the energy credit inventory upgrade being delayed.

So watch out for that one.
Rule of thumb: When you get an EC credit inventory upgrade, log out and then log back in. It does not automatically apply until you log out and log back in.
I was told by GM Mavis in a reply to my Support Ticket that I should post in the Bug Forums to report that the Level 11 Mission "First Compliment" didn't give my my Initial Duty Officer Cadre. I can't post new threads, so this seemed to be the most related one that I could find and add a comment/reply to.
I hope there's a way to fix this, and those who didn't get the Initial Duty Officers get them. I'm a somewhat new player (less than a week old), but I've already thrown $70 into the pot, since the game seems to be worth the investment. From what I've read online, the Duty Officer system in the game is a big part of it, so it's be nice to not be crippled from the get-go.
If this is the wrong place to post about this (again, I can't figure out a way to make my own thread at the moment), please direct me to where I should post.

Missing Items: Kobali Deflector, Kobali Shields, Kobali Warp Core, Kobali Impulse Engines (All Mk XV, Most if not all were Epic Rarity), Multiple Integrity Linked Phaser Beam Arrays (7 for sure, of variying rarity and Mk, though all were at least XII, 2 Vulnerability Exploiter [Phaser] (I think though I'm not sure that both were Mk XV and one was Epic rarity the other was Ultra Rare), Enhanced RCS Accelerator, and 3 Enhanced Neutronium Alloy (All Mk XV of varying rarity), Shield-Repairing Weapon Signature Nullifier, Nimbus Distress Call, Red Matter Capacitor, Delta Alliance Reinforcements, Ion Storm Generator, Beacon of Kahless.
Issue with the mission Home (Gamma Quadrant mission): Mission rewards aren't being given at the end of the Home mission. This is a somewhat random occurence with it being 1 out of every 2 run's of the mission.
I found that many duty officers have disappeared and I only had 10 left. I keep an accurate record of all duty officers in my Roster. A total of 62 Duty Officers have disappeared from my Roster, including 32 bound DOffs. The breakdown is 2 Purple, 8 Blue, 28 Green, and 24 White. I haven't noticed anything else missing.
"At 6:17 am cst I used my character: Calyxa@exiledhermit#3227 to complete the VIP mining mission & I achieved 735 then clicked to end it but wasn't rewarded 10,000 dilithium which usually shows up in inventory & shows in the chat box but there was nothing. I think lag messed it up. I then refined my daily 8,000 dilithium before transporting off the screen. Logged out & then back in & began this report. Please check the code-log or activity-log or whatever it is to verify my statement. Thank you."
It worked on my other characters but when performing this character lag seemed particularly bad at the moment & lag has influenced negatively before in performing the mini-game but this is the first time, I think, lag negated my 10,001 dilithium. Again, please verify my statement by looking at whatever records there are. If this happens once no big problem you might say even though real world money is used to procure these VIP mining tokens. However, what if this happens to multiple players then that would be a significant financial cost by players & offered nothing in return. When lag isn't bad however it works fine as usual.

I did not have an item go missing, per se, but I have an issue with the Cross-Faction Bundle: NX Escort Refit Equipment. I bought it from the Lobi Store on my Klingon KDF Character. I am completely unable to open the item. I can move it around but i cannot open it at all, even with right click and double click.

Items gone missing are the ultimate tech upgrade from the master key 20 pack, two but possibly more may have gone missing. Not sure if they are meant to be one per character and no more than that, or if buying multiple key rings successively instead of one at a time caused the issue. handle @welly007
You can have as many as you want. You should get one per 20-Key Ring. They go directly into your R&D Inventory Tab.

i think i have a big problem. Recently I bought Mudd's Stealing time choice pack and from that I chose 2x pack T6 ship coupon 100% off / 10xpack ultimate tech upgrade / Epic Price token Phoenix Pack / 2x20 key pack, until then everything went well. Now, today, I want to upgrade the Kobali Rgenerative Circuitry set with the ultimate tech upgrade (the 12 i owned) so that the set would be on epic. However, after upgrading the Kobali Deflector Array, the remaining 11 ultimate tech upgrade were gone and nowhere to be found. Not in my bank or inventory or the R&D folder. What now? I buy something so that I have 12 ultimate tech upgrade use 1 and the rest is gone and gone.
I purchased the mudd stealing time bundle, when I tried to upgrade a rifle it didnt seem to work. the rifle stayed at mark III. I tried again and again thinking it must be a glitch, but still nothing. when I relogged and to try again, I tried once more and suddenly all my upgrades were gone. with the rifle still at mark III. Same as above comment.
On June 1st i was mining a V.I.P. claim and a server not responding message appeared and then shorty afterwards i was dced.
after trying to get back in game for several minutes which took having to do a force verify and flush my dns, which took around five minutes i found that that timer had ticked down for mining the claim. i put in a GM ticket asking for the mining claim back and after 10 days and 5 form letter responses they have told me that i had to fill out a report on the forums before they can put in a request to return my item. so here is that bug report. I do miss the days when CS did not make you jump thru hoops in order to help.

During the mission " Take down " from the Delta Quadrant episodes i was clearing my inventory from any staff i aquired durin this mission and up to the point i was . After i finised the mission i discovered with dread that the Chronometric Polaron Beam Array which i had advanced to tier 13 or 14 was missing from the setting of my "Vorgon Ytijara Dreadnought Cruiser" named " ESSEX " spacesip . I searched my inventory , bank and my other ships setups with no luck . I also tried to retrieve it from the replicator . I am not sure if i accidentaly cleared it out with my other unusefull items from my inventory or it just desapeared . Sure thing is that it should not be in my inventory when i was clearing out , if it happen to be , but i also think that it's protection status was not at " ON " .

I used a Ultimate Tech Upgrade on a Console - Science - Exotic Particle Field Exciter Mk XII
The Console did not upgrade but now my Ultimate Tech Upgrade is gone?
I thought maybe something was just not visible so I exited the game and got back in but I still have a Console that is not upgraded and 1 missing Tech Upgrade
I think I did have my Boosters in the slot. I logged back into the character to check to see if I still have any of my Boosters and they are missing as well. So that means the upgrade not only did not work and use up my ultimate tech upgrade but it use up my boosters as well
So at this point, it seems completely useless to post here or even submit a support ticket.
After submitting a ticket, including screenshot, they ask that I post here, saying it's a bug. I write back saying I've done so. Days later a message from them saying they will close the ticket for lack of response. Then that I should've started another ticket and they ask for the same info again.
Then they investigate and say another character completed the action and got reward. That other character is a fed. Original screenshot clearly shows a Gorn at Klingon shipyard. Then they say have you tried completing the action? Again screenshot shows Tour of Duty reset at 0 out of 10. How exactly am I supposed to do that? And anyway isn't it a bug?
So what's the point of the runaround? It's not like I'm asking for the moon. If I take the time to write to support, presume I'm not making up stuff.
Anyway, mission accomplished. I won't bother anymore. Literally a waste of time.

User error, the ship has to be claimed from Z store!
