i spent 40k dilithium on phoenix prize packs for the upgrades and i got nothing.. it took my dilithium so that is gone but i have 2 universal tech upgrades.. it never gave me the ones i just purchased.. can i have my dilithium back or whats going on? i grinded the event for the dilithium and prefer not to lose it
I lost my Preeminent Hyper-Impulse Engine right after upgrading it to lvl XIII. Hit the collect item button and it disappeared! Didn't go back to my inventory like it should have, so I lost the impulse drive and the 2 Phoenix universal upgrades I used to get it to XIII.
She'Rah (federation) 10/6/2020 i bought the x10 phoenix prize pack.. i then converted them to uncommon and purchased phoenix universal tech upgrades, i'm not sure how many they converted too but they never showed up in my r&d or anywhere else in any inventory i just want my 40k dilithium back that i grinded from the event so i can repurchase it... i have put in multiple tickets and this is post 2 or 3 here like they asked me to do
so i stuck my hand in the bee nest again and bought another x10 of the phoenix prize pack.. and out of the x10 base i have 6 of the universal upgrades (or had i used most because i desperately needed some stuff upgraded).. something seems to be rather wrong with them as i should have recieved more.. after 1 very rare 2 rare and 7 uncommon
I bought a couple ships and putting together a build I was working on for my sci character(Ragewarp9@ragewarp9). I experienced a new glitch at the time where it set two ships as active and after finding a way around it. I noticed then quite a few consoles and other ship items turned up missing. Even in the ship I know I had it in (Verne) are no longer there and only shows a blank spot saying it's on a different ship
Type 10 Shuttle Craft is unavailable for reclaim. Not sure why but it is not in the shipyard or zen store for reclaim. I have the DS9 pack and I am not sure why but on one of characters I did receive the shuttle and the pack shows as claimed. With the pack claimed there is no way for me to resolve the missing shuttle in game.

On one of my characters I have the Prototype Dreadnought Cruiser, but the Dynamic Power Redistributor Module does not appear in the Dilithium store in the reclaim section as it does for other characters that own that ship.
I recently purchased the Akira ship bundle and claimed the T6 Alita Heavy Strike Wing Escort. When I claimed it on this toon it was missing it's Console - Universal - Destabilized Tachyon Emitters. On my other toon it's present but not for this one. Last item seen: Some time after April 9th, 2019 when I compared the ship with the T6 version described in this blog.
I noticed the missing of above mentioned carrier when I wanted to upgrade it to T5-X. I still have the Elite Mesh Weaver in my Bank as proof of ever having it in the past and I got those way before the Tarantula Dreadnought was introduced.
I did not delete the Carrier as I wanted to keep it instead of getting its T6 version.

Today, I bought a Peregrine Fighter, readied it, then discharged it, and suddenly almost all of my ship equipment was completely gone. The items I've lost are marked as "equipped on a different ship" for unreadied ships, but they don't exist in my inventory or on equipped any of my ships anymore.
After my items were deleted, my ship manager marked both my Captain's Yacht and my Class F Shuttle as active. The Captain's Yacht had all of its icons greyed out as if it was active, but I could not ready any other small craft. When I switched to my small craft in Sector Space, it was the Class F shuttle.
I've lost basically my entire loadout and I would really appreciate anything you can do to help.

Last Seen: Equipped to my character ship, Legendary Dreadnought Cruiser[T6], bought from the market exchange with ECs. Now the slots are empty and missing. I have not login much, could have been missing weeks before.
This is not the first time i lost things in this way, countless ways, i don't know how you save the character after logout, like saving backup each character after logout which some games do, but at least communicate with the players.
Items Lost: Combat Pet Mugato, Combat Pet EXO, and Combat Pet Horta from the Phoenix Packs.

So I get the Mugato, the EXO, and the Horta(?), gave them to my officers and we go to Nimbus where I execute beaming down the party and i'm pleased with the result. Well, Either the next day or so after a shard maintenance. I have ground endeavors and i couldn't understand why the pets weren't being deployed. I didn't think to look and see if they were still there until now. I'm a new Lifetime Subscriber... does losing your items happen often after maintenance? When will they be returned? Thank you.

Sunwolfe, these items from the Phoenix Prize Packs are consumable and have 10 charges for each one. So you most likely ran out of charges. These are not permanent items and the descriptions show this. Now, if it ends up that you still had ten charges for each one and they disappeared after maintenance, then that is a bug and needs to be fixed. Otherwise, this is not necessarily a bug.

If you had the pets, which you do not anymore, you would right click and then click on Item Details or something like that. You also can go to the Phoenix Store and hover over the items in question. That would state what are consumable and what are not.
I am missing a newly won promo starship (The Inquiry class). After claiming it via clicking on the inventory pack and going through the usual steps, the ship does not appear in my select-able ship list at the shipyard. I have gone through the whole list to confirm but, just in case it got renamed something else but it's missing. Please help.

missing items: advanaced fer'jai frigates.

events surrounding time of loss: loadout building,
dry docked t5 karfi carrier and was equipping the new t6 version. attached what i thought was the two purple rarity fer'jai frigates and played a couple stf to test. noticed i was launching lost souls and fer'jai. went back to ds9 to check if i had forgotten to equip the items. could not find them in inventory, bank, or on any ship.
retrieved the t5 carrier from dry dock, saw the faded out icons on t5 karfi for both advanced frigates, but when readying ship and equipping loadout, both hangar pets were replaced by the blue rarity carrier pets of lost souls and frigates. realized this was very odd as i never owned the blue rarity frigates, and had only ever had the original karfi fighters prior to purchasing the dilithium store fer'jai frigates.
blue rarity hangar pets have now overwritten the loadout on the t5 carrier as well, and i cannot find any trace of the dilithium store frigates, even after dry-docking and retrieving the t5 ship to see if it would reset the loadout.

I was organizing my account bank to make some room in order to distribute some of the winter event stuff for my other characters and I double clicked the upgrade token in order to move it from the bank to normal inventory, (as I've done with many items and with that same token many more times before). The item just vanished and I could not find it from overflow or any other place. I tried switching instances and tried to look for the item with a different character, to no avail. Immediately submitted a ticket after that.

I just finished spending 600,000 plus credits to buy ground upgrades for my TOS MK15 wide beam hand phaser to get it just a bit short of Epic and when I clicked upgrade it disappeared from my inventory .
It's gone ! How can I get it back ? I spent a lot of credits upgrading it. I want it back .
I logged in and out 3 times it's still not there . Also the item had protection set to on .
Can you help me ??? Please .

I noticed this recient right around the season 10 update time frame and wished to report this, already contacted support via email and they have directed me to the forums here to report this issue
I noticed a few days ago when trying to setup a new ship that I am missing 5 epic phaser dual heavy cannons. It says they are equipped on a different ship but I can not find them. I checked my bank/account bank as well as all my alts and their banks and ships with no luck. I messaged support and was told to post it here.
I'm hoping maybe there are dev's on here who can read this and respond. My legendary Defiant or Legendary Pilot escort warship is showing up as a Legendary intel cruiser. Because of that I am missing all of my equipment that was attached to that ship. So I sent in a ticket. The ticket number is 440995. I have been trying to be patient, but that is wearing thin. All I have gotten from support is nothing but the run around. Can someone please fix this problem and not only get my Legendary Defiant back to the way it was but also retrieve my items as well? I've been waiting for almost a month now and I am really getting fed up.
