I purchased the mudd stealing time bundle, when I tried to upgrade a rifle it didnt seem to work. the rifle stayed at mark III. I tried again and again thinking it must be a glitch, but still nothing. when I relogged and to try again, I tried once more and suddenly all my upgrades were gone. with the rifle still at mark III. Same as above comment.
On June 1st i was mining a V.I.P. claim and a server not responding message appeared and then shorty afterwards i was dced.
after trying to get back in game for several minutes which took having to do a force verify and flush my dns, which took around five minutes i found that that timer had ticked down for mining the claim. i put in a GM ticket asking for the mining claim back and after 10 days and 5 form letter responses they have told me that i had to fill out a report on the forums before they can put in a request to return my item. so here is that bug report. I do miss the days when CS did not make you jump thru hoops in order to help.
i think i have a big problem. Recently I bought Mudd's Stealing time choice pack and from that I chose 2x pack T6 ship coupon 100% off / 10xpack ultimate tech upgrade / Epic Price token Phoenix Pack / 2x20 key pack, until then everything went well. Now, today, I want to upgrade the Kobali Rgenerative Circuitry set with the ultimate tech upgrade (the 12 i owned) so that the set would be on epic. However, after upgrading the Kobali Deflector Array, the remaining 11 ultimate tech upgrade were gone and nowhere to be found. Not in my bank or inventory or the R&D folder. What now? I buy something so that I have 12 ultimate tech upgrade use 1 and the rest is gone and gone.
May receive a message today that the issue has been resolved.

During the mission " Take down " from the Delta Quadrant episodes i was clearing my inventory from any staff i aquired durin this mission and up to the point i was . After i finised the mission i discovered with dread that the Chronometric Polaron Beam Array which i had advanced to tier 13 or 14 was missing from the setting of my "Vorgon Ytijara Dreadnought Cruiser" named " ESSEX " spacesip . I searched my inventory , bank and my other ships setups with no luck . I also tried to retrieve it from the replicator . I am not sure if i accidentaly cleared it out with my other unusefull items from my inventory or it just desapeared . Sure thing is that it should not be in my inventory when i was clearing out , if it happen to be , but i also think that it's protection status was not at " ON " .

I used a Ultimate Tech Upgrade on a Console - Science - Exotic Particle Field Exciter Mk XII
The Console did not upgrade but now my Ultimate Tech Upgrade is gone?
I thought maybe something was just not visible so I exited the game and got back in but I still have a Console that is not upgraded and 1 missing Tech Upgrade
I think I did have my Boosters in the slot. I logged back into the character to check to see if I still have any of my Boosters and they are missing as well. So that means the upgrade not only did not work and use up my ultimate tech upgrade but it use up my boosters as well
So at this point, it seems completely useless to post here or even submit a support ticket.
After submitting a ticket, including screenshot, they ask that I post here, saying it's a bug. I write back saying I've done so. Days later a message from them saying they will close the ticket for lack of response. Then that I should've started another ticket and they ask for the same info again.
Then they investigate and say another character completed the action and got reward. That other character is a fed. Original screenshot clearly shows a Gorn at Klingon shipyard. Then they say have you tried completing the action? Again screenshot shows Tour of Duty reset at 0 out of 10. How exactly am I supposed to do that? And anyway isn't it a bug?
So what's the point of the runaround? It's not like I'm asking for the moon. If I take the time to write to support, presume I'm not making up stuff.
Anyway, mission accomplished. I won't bother anymore. Literally a waste of time.
Support: "As mentioned before, there's no record that it was completed on your character Hel'Caraxe based on the information you have supplied, hence, there's no reward granted. Also, the screenshot you have supplied appears to be for a Romulan character due to the green color scheme and not a Klingon gorn character that should have a red/orange UI."
Isn't the lack of a record server side the point of calling it a bug?
Also, they don't seem aware that UI is customizable and that the Gorn color scheme is greenish. The Klingon Shipyard is clearly recognizable in the screenshot. First, they tried to convince me that my TOS Andorian character with a bright yellow UI completed that particular task. Then, that I should try completing it on the Gorn when it shows reset to 0 of 10, so impossible to do.
They also don't seem aware that you can do the same tasks on multiple different characters. I usually run thru 6 or 7 characters when doing Admiralty sub-game tasks.
Now there's a Romulan somehow involved, who apparently has a big scaly head and sharp teeth. I tried to explain that Romulans can align with the KDF, but it's not the other way around for Gorn.
Obviously, I don't expect a resolution here. Just trying to figure out why the runaround. These poor guys may never have been in the game and they're reading off some script suggesting massive resistance to helping players.
I bought a Ba'ul Sentry ship from the Exchange last night, which I placed into my account bank along with 5 Ba'ul Antiproton Mk XV (gold) beams. Upon switching characters, I discovered the ship and all of the beams had disappeared, and none of my other characters took them.

Posted an in game bug report on 07/26/2020 at approx 6:30PM I received an email yesterday telling that it looked like a glitch and to repost in the bug report forum:
Approx 50 hours ago I used a rich Dilithium claim voucher and when I turned the claim in, the claim menu blinked and would not let me mine any dilithium, it said I still had to submit a claim, I received the claim voucher from an infinity lockbox!
I tried again 24h/48h later, hoping the issue woulds clear up it did not the whole rest of the dilithium weekend, I average 735 dilithium points a mining mission therefore by my estimation I have lost out on approx 40,000 dilithium, I would appreciate it being credited to Vorok my Romulan character in this account, thank you for your time and attention!!!
I am missing swimware for one of my characters. I went to the tailor and went to the selection tab and instead of a selection for beachware set there was a selection for a klingon uniform instead on this character which is a romulan/federation character. My character (s'hakkah@shakkazulu8) is missing its male wetsuit (partial). I hope this bug can be corrected before the summer event ends.
Dumped 50k x4 fleet credits and 8 dil x4 in to colony disruptor consoles and the game deposited 4 colony phaser consoles in to my inventory. Anyone else have this issue after you select the correct console?
I have 2 chars with multible loadouts, I cannot get either of them to switch loadouts nor can I locate any of the items ( weaps and consoles) that would be used in switch. I posted a support request and they said it is a bug an I should tell my tale here. Does anyone have an idea of how to fix it or has it happened to you?

And it's still silly that Customer Support REQUIRES customers to use the online forum. It's their job to address game issues, not ours. We can do some free labor for them here but it should not be required for service.
I used a code to unlock the Federation Elite starter pack, it was successfully accepted. It is not displaying in the zen store. I checked under starter packs. There is no promotion tab.
I upgraded 7 plasma cannons and turrets. The first cannon I upgraded it to “ultra rare” quality. I purchased 60 phoenix upgrades and had 10 omega upgrades. I got this cannon from “very rare” to “ultra rare” quality using about half of my upgrades. I knew I had three more forwarded cannons and two aft turrets to upgrade from MK XIII to XV. I stopped with this one and upgraded to the rest to MK XV. I checked on my ship, bank and inventory and I can’t find it at all. While I was doing the endevour for kinetic damage I took the ultra-rare cannon and replace it with another torpedo. When I was finished with the endevour, I went to replace the torp with the ultra rare cannon and that was when I noticed it was missing. It was in my inventory and now it was gone.
Also, something weird happen the other day. I had a beam weapon, that was “very rare” quality, disappeared in a strange way. I had it in my inventory and was moving it to my bank when all the squares turned red. When I released the mouse, the beam weapon disappeared. It wasn’t in my inventory or my bank. No error message was present.
