I having issues connecting. I can get in, but loading between sessions is super slow. Stops at 98 and hangs there. And when I do get in, I'm getting kicked. Upon logging back in, I'm getting timeout errors and "Your IP is not allowed to connect, Please contact support". When I try to contact support on ARC page, I get internal error.. What's going on?
I was ONE ship, ONE ship from completing my last endeavor. Sigh... I hope they fix this soon. Not much else to do while it's raining out side but hang out and play STO.

I waited for 5 hours of slow "Patching" and then the patch server crashed itself. Yesterday I had the same problem with "Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out". Now I am really furious. I wonder how long it will be until it's fixed?
After 9 years you'd think crypic might have learned to to fix this problem permanently. Every other patch it seems breaks something else. Are we going back to the days of Star Trek OFFline?

Any one else missing any items from their inventory? I completed some projects before the time outs started and now they are not present in my inventory. No big deal, just noticed it.

I started noticing this issue after the launcher updated yesterday. After it was finished, it seemed to have developed amnesia and forgot My login information.

Thanks for the update, at least someone told us.
In game they announced a server restart. Wonder if they have a memory leak gone wild or something.
Or just time to load new hamsters after the last ones worked themselves to death. Better call PETA!
Oh well. It is what it is..and what it isn't is working for me. And as we've now reached the early hours in the UK I'm calling it a night.
Hopefully Cryptic will have solved the problem by the time I wake up.

It's been 2 days now, has Cryptic posted anything about extending the event? I had 14 spare days (now 12) but some other people do not.
It's being extended to the 23rd.
