You could probably afford to increase the damage bonus to torps as it scales for Aux to something like %20 or more if it's going to require 100 power to hit that point. Most consoles at Mk XIV offer greater than 10% increases, and many of those offer more than one benefit on top of it.
A free Spread 3 seems like overkill, but I guess that depends on how it behaves post-S13. If it takes a hit like FAW does it could be fine. The 5km range further reins into being reasonable.
I think the Luna would make a better Command Science ship, honestly. Larger, more powerful canonically. I'd rather see a Luna Intel ship but there's enough Intel Sci ships as it is and I like Command well enough. The Nova just doesn't really suit Command.

Command could be the Deep Space Science Vessel, if they ever decide that the space shoe is suitable for Tier-6-ification. We already got a Tier 6 Defiant, Tier 6 B'Rel, Tier 6 NX-01, a Tier 6 Daedelus and the Tier 5 Fleet Nova. You think the Nova will be the one ship that makes Cryptic says "No more, this is getting too silly!"?
I know we already have some of this functionality in the visuals tab for shields, impulse and deflector, but I'd love to fly my Nautilus, but using the Wells kitframe, or my Mirror Nova. Make it cost Zen to enable it per ship if it presents a programming challenge. Same cost as a Fleet module or somesuch.
I'm thinking:
Lt. Cmdr Tactical
Lt. Cmdr Engineer/spec
Cmdr Science
Lt Science
Ensign Science/Uni
Maintaining the existing console layout, the trait I would choose would be a scaling resistance buff to hull and shields that increases as your hull decreases.
That said, definitely +1 T6 Nova.
So one wants Command, one Pilot, one Temporal. Put me down for Intel. I know we already have Intel science ships, but that's only on the Fed side. The Research & Multi-Mission ships were both Temporal, so I don't see them doing that a third time.
If there was going to be a sci/Command ship, the Nebula would've been the best candidate considering how big and cruiser-like it is. Alas, Temporal was the new gimmick when the T6 Nebula was released. I'm not sure what existing non-T6 sci ships they could use for Command now. A T6 DSSV maybe? Or the Luna, I guess, but I think intel would fit the ship better thematically. Although the devs haven't shown any indication that they're going to do T6 versions of any of the old free T5 ships, so who knows.
But yes, T6 Nova please. It's among the ships that are way overdue for T6 treatment (and the skins are in desperate need of remastering)
Mark me down for a true Universal T6 Nova.
- Universal Spec seating.
- Universal Spec ship abilities.
Well yeah, plus the Scryer and the Pathfinder. But I'm anticipating Romulan & Klingon versions, and they have none at all.
That sounds fun.
Why is it ironic?
To keep on topic, I wouldn't fly the Nova myself but as a canon design I'd hope it would get a T6 upgrade at some stage - as reyan01 said though, I'd suspect that the Wells (especially given the constant temporal theme we have going on) would seem more likely to come first to fill the 'smaller Science ship' niche.
He's been waiting an wishing for one since.....well.......forever. And every other canon ship has a T6 version besides a few minor ones (and the Miranda = guaranteed promo ship if ever i saw one)
Cryptic - MAKE IT SO!!!!!!!!!!

Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though.
JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

I dunno. I have moments where I think I need a T6 Nova with Intel seating and a cloaking device.
NEED.
They could Update the Ha'nom/Ha'feh for Romulans along side the Rhode Island or Luna.
Klingons I think have sufficient Science Ship Access now. I'd much rather see a Kamarag, Vor'Cha, Vo'quv, or an Orion Ship brought up to T6. (Of my 13 characters 9 are KDF or KDF allied, so not a Fed fanboy by any means)
Oh, nothing would annoy me more than seeing the Feds get a zippy little Nova and seeing the Romulan equivalent be the giant Ha'nom beast. I would rather see no Romulan ship added than have an updated Ha'nom. I could see it as a Command Science ship, but it would have to be at 1/6th scale to be flyable.
Dude, I feel ya on that. I do think that all the remaining ships that are T5 or lower only should move up.
Cool that Eaglemoss is doing that. Personally, I'm in a similar situation with the Miranda. Let me explain:
In 2003ish, the company Diamond Select released a 16 inch model of the Enterprise from Wrath of Khan. For the time, the model was great, had lights and sounds. Kinda like the older Playmates models, but way better looking (I SUCK at model kits so this is the next best thing for me).
So I waited anxiously for the Reliant, figuring she had to be not far behind right?
Well, I'm still waiting. BUT it has been confirmed by DS that the Reliant is the next ship due. So either late this year or some time next year we should get it.
I waited almost 15 years for it, and now despite that, it looks like DS will deliver on my favorite ship before Cryptic can. That is hilarious and sad to me at the same time.
I really hope you can get your Nova though, I remember fond times flying the Fleet T5U a long time ago!
"Let them eat static!"
A slick little ship, with a nice skin.
Anyway, mark me down again for a "Choose your own spec" Nova.
Well I seem to remember the JHAS or JHSS promo ship was a choice of command or intel spec on opening the box.. Not 100% sure on that though.
Re-Specialization tokens would be an interesting way of doing it as well.
