Well, it seems they've taken down the page for the ship. Maybe it wasn't supposed to come out 'til tomorrow? Or next week possibly, since the 22nd is the 20th anniversary of Star Trek: First Contact?
Interestingly, the announcement on STO's official Twitter is still up, with a link that now leads to nowhere...
German version is still up and HOLY SH*T it confirms the battlecloak. Though you have to use the regent and the two t6 consoles, still that's kind of WTF......
Since they pulled the page, here's a dump from my RSS feed to hold you over. Formatting sucks, so be warned:
We’re very excited to announce a cross promotion with WizKids Star Trek Attack Wing! You can claim your very own Tier 6 Command Assault Cruiser – Vizier Class by purchasing the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-E Expansion Pack and using the code included within. The Vizier Class features an all new console and starship trait. You can find out more about Star Trek Attack Wing – Wave 27 here.
Below are the stats, items and abilities specific to the Command Assault Cruiser [T6]
– Vizier Class Command Assault Cruiser [T6] –
Vizier Class The Tier 6 Vizier Class Command Assault Cruiser is based on the successful design of the Sovereign Class, however it has been heavily retrofitted with state-of-the-art technology. This Assault Cruiser variant is equipped with a Metreon Gas Warhead Launcher. This starship features a Lieutenant Commander Universal/Command specialist seat.
Console – Universal – Metreon Gas Warhead Launcher The Vizier Class Command Assault Cruiser comes equipped with the Metreon Gas Warhead Launcher. When activated, your starship will launch a warhead that rapidly travels toward your target. Upon impact it will release a large cloud of metreon gas at the target's location. Enemies within the hazard have their turn rate and impulse speed dramatically reduced and any cloaked enemies within the radius will have their cloak disabled. After a short time, the Metreon Gas cloud will detonate causing immediate heavy Plasma damage that partially bypasses shields. This console provides a passive boost to the Engineering Readiness skill as well as a boost to Turn Rate. This console may be equipped on any Starfleet Assault Cruiser.
Vent Metreon Laced Plasma (Starship Trait) After achieving level 5 in Command Assault Cruiser's starship mastery, you will unlock the Vent Metreon Laced Plasma starship Trait. While this trait is slotted Eject Warp Plasma will have its duration reduced from 30 seconds to 15 seconds, but each plasma cloud will explode in a 2km AoE dealing shield penetrating Radiation damage.
Fleet Command Assault Cruiser [T6] The Tier 6 Fleet Command Assault Cruiser is based on the successful design of the Regent Class, however it has been heavily retrofitted with state-of-the-art technology. This starship features a Lieutenant Commander Universal/Command specialist seat. The Tier 6 Fleet Command Assault Cruiser has been specifically designed to support your Fleet. Fleet Starships are built to the highest standard and have increased Hull Hit Points, Shield Strength and an additional Console slot.
The Fleet Command Assault Cruiser [T6] can be purchased from the Ship Store for 20,000 Fleet Credits and 5 Fleet Ship Modules if your Fleet has a Tier 5 Fleet Shipyard.

I feel like it would need to be, no? Why would they do a promo like this for a ship that only one of your characters could use?
It'll most likely be similar to what they did with the Mirror Universe Guardian Cruiser for the Chase Masterson charity event, i.e. it will be under the "Promotions" tab in the C-Store as an account unlock. Of course only Starfleet and TOS Starfleet characters will be able to use it.
Pretty much sure it will be account unlock, i'll have mine... as son as i can.. December maybe??, the Intel c-store version will be mine at release, now lets hope they release a Vorcha T6, and they will kill my wallet!
I cant wait for this..I've got 3000 zen that will be promptly sunk into this...an old friend from my early days in the game.
welcome back, old friend....you have been missed.
Murphy's laws:
1- Murphy’s Law tells us that anything that can go wrong will go wrong.
2- And anything that does go wrong will get progressively worse.
3- And if you survive the first two laws it’s time to panic.
They replaced the link and now it works, they basically fixed the intel/command placements. But it looks like they swapped out the pictures too, the weird bloated nacelles are gone.
There is no mention of it coming with wide angle torps, but the leaked intel version picture had them. So what, the intel cstore has them but no the command wizkids? Hope thats not the case.
Do you think having the wizkids command variant gets you a fleet module discount on the command version?

I think they wanted to announce the T6 look in another blog, when they release the c-store version, also, it could be that thats the wizkids look, and they made a mistake with the pictures, and the Intel version had the previous look, unlockable when you have it.. maybe?
I wouldn't imagine either new T6 Assault Cruiser would come with the wide-angle quantum torpedo console as it's available on another C-Store ship. Both the new Intel and Command variants have their own new console:
Console – Universal – Incremental Phase Cloaking Device (Found on the Command Assault Cruiser [T6])
Console – Universal – Metreon Gas Warhead Launcher (Found on the Command Assault Cruiser [T6])
Still has a typo... The non-Fleet version show a Lt.CMD Universal/INTEL seat while the Fleet versions shows a Lt.CMD Universal/COMMAND seat.

You'll note what I posted earlier (pasted from their original post, which made it to my RSS feed before they pulled it down) said Intel, so they obviously changed it. Probably didn't want to spoil the promotion by revealing the C-Store version along with it.

I think its a typo. Why say it comes off the same ship?

I feel like I'm being punked with them putting one of the iconic hero ships of the series in an outside C-store promotion. It's BS.
I'm happy that the intel version I want is in the C-store, but I have to buy something from somewhere else to complete the set? What logic is there in that? Is the C-store the direct pay entity somehow the redheaded stepchild of STO sales?
EDIT: The current blog has NO mention of an Intel Assault Cruiser though glaringly omits where the incremental cloak comes from assigning both to the Command Sovy. Just the metreon Warhead.
Why can't this just be in the zen store as a pack ... it seems you can ONLY get this buying something else off game I don't e
Want ... if this is the case I will not be happy!!!
So... What are the chances for a Tier 6 Vor'Cha and a cross-faction C-Store bundle?
0?
I'd be SEVERELY disappointed if a T6 Vor'cha wasn't released alongside this T6 Sovereign. Both ships are practically mirrors of each other, with only two BOff stations switched. It's seriously the perfect opportunity for them to release a T6 Vor'cha, but then again it was also the perfect opportunity to release a T6 Vo'quv back when the Jupiter Carrier came out, and that didn't happen.
I guess we'll just have to wait and see? We're currently pushing on nearly a year now with no new faction-specific C-Store ships for the Klingons and Romulans. Hopefully that trend changes before the next anniversary event rolls around...
I've never understood how that was set up either. The Vor'cha is contemporary with the Galaxy, the Negh'var is contemporary with the Sovereign. I understand they set the seating up like that, I just don't understand why.

On another note, I really wish they would drop the obsession with Metreon gas. Why not base the T6's abilities on something from the Battle of the Bassen Rift, a firing pattern that destroys cloaks or something?
"Rise like Lions after slumber, In unvanquishable number, Shake your chains to earth like dew, Which in sleep had fallen on you-Ye are many they are few"
I think it's really cool that they're doing the tie in with the toys.
Helps throw business to another Star Trek business, and also it appears to be much cheaper than a c-store ship doesnt it?
That would be fine if it was a model or collector's item, but it's a piece of another game. One that I don't play. It's still me having to go outside of this game that I play to get something for it. It's weird.

The cross-promotion can be seen as a blessing or a curse, depending on your perspective. On one hand, it is nice to see Star Trek businesses supporting each other, as you said. On the other hand it's just another hoop for people to jump through to collect stuff, and possibly an extension of the dreaded "exclusivity" thing.
One perk though is that this ship will indeed be cheaper than most T6 ships, (about half-price). I just find it odd that the article doesn't actually link you to a place where you can buy the WizKids ship. You might as well make ordering it as convenient as possible so that more people are inclined to buy it, right?

You'd think so but their business seems to operate on word of mouth. The customers generally "hunt" for the products that they are looking for. It seems to be very similar to old school sneaker hunting. In that world, you have to comb the stores one by one and talk to people. There is no real marketing to direct you anywhere. You have to get info the old fashioned way and learn when and where the items that you're looking for are going to be. The youngest of us would reject this as we are used to our convenience of just sitting back and ordering on Amazon or wherever.
I had to call 5 stores and talk to a few friends before I was steered into the right direction. For me it ended up being a literal one of a kind store owned by a real jerk. He was very stereotypical and reminiscent of this guy below.
When you see "TRIBBLE" in my posts, it's because I manually typed "TRIBBLE" and censored myself.
The console should have been a detachable pet captains yacht, perhaps with hull and shields healing abilities. Similar to the Aquarius on the Odyssey. That would be canon, however the captain can put his best pilot at the helm since obviously the captain cant be in it.

Probably would have been too close to both the Aquarius console AND the Aeroshuttle console from the T6 intrepid.
Console - Universal - Betazoid at the helm Brace for impact
I still don't get the need to say Troi is a bad pilot. In Generations, it wasn't her fault because helm controls were knocked offline, meaning she didn't even have control at all. In Nemesis... she was acting under orders from Picard to ram the Scimitar.

apparently she also wrecked the ship in an episode of TNG too, but as no one bothered to actually name the episode in question, i'm calling bull TRIBBLE on that
