How to redeem Veteran Reward?

I got an EMAIL today about redeeming a code as a veteran reward. I get a free T6 ship and a level boost to 60. I reddemed the code, but my character was not 60. I only have one character, and he is 53.

How do I actually get the level boost?

    Seconded, also having trouble with this. code was accepted by website but character still 52 and no ship

    You need to use the C-Store in game to claim the ship and level boost once you entered the code. Look under Promotions Tab in the C-Store. When claimed it will put a item in your inventory that you need to use to boost you to 60.

    I got this email as well. But when I entered the Code I first got the message that the code is invalid. 2nd try doesn't give any message at all.

    I have no item under promotions and the ship still costs 3000 Zen for me. I have four characters at level 60, so no problem there. Wow, what an awesome present this is...

    I just can't find where to claim it. Ship requisition doesn't even list that ship. C-store says I need to purchase with Zen. I'm completely lost here.

    I found it. Same spot as level up. Z-store, promotions.

    got the same email, was able to get the stuff on z-store thanks to this thread.
    The thing is, i claimed my lvl 60 booster, but im still at 54.

    any one else with the same problem?

    Okay, got it, all the items are in fact in C-Store under Promotions tab. Question is - do I have time limit to use them? Because I'm not sure if I want to use it on my current character.

    I'd like to claim this reward on my Romulan character but I don't know what the equivalent ship id get, if I'd get an equivalent ship is. If somebody knows please reply.

    My items are still not showing up in the promotions section a day after I redeemed the code emailed to me. I also can't check to see if my ticket went through because I get a message that it couldn't connect and to try again later. Anyone else not having their unlocks show up even after using the code?

    There are a few other threads detailing the problem - in brief there was a mix up in the emailing and some PWI and STO players got codes for Neverwinter rather than the respective games. I know over on PWI the CM has said there would be another email sometime next week for those affected there - might be worth alerting @pwlaughingtrendy if you don't get an email next week, maybe she could look into it

    Yes, the code they gave out is for Neverwinter rather than Star Trek. That is the game that it redeemed for me when I input mine.

    AH HA! Yes I see now. I got a email yesterday about Neverwinter. I checked the codes and yep they are the exact same! Thank you for your responses. I will keep an eye out for the STO email and if I don't get one I'll send that person a email. Thank you all for the clarification!

    The new "Emergency Power to Codes" replacement doesn't work either.

    Guess I should have expected it.
