I'm sure i'm not the only one here who feels this way: U guys had an extra 20 -30 mins left in ur patch window timeframe and went live early....Next patch, take the extra time and get it right the first go round.

Again in German Prime time, again nobody of the devs even read the tribble bug reports, like always unfished stuff on holodeck - but we have a new lockbox - realy if u want my Money try another way.

If they are working on a hot fix no time frame I'm afraid, just have to wait until its done. If you have been playing sto for as long as i have you will know this is the normal. Happy playing my ps4 till they come back up xD

Lol, you hit the nail in the head. Emergency patch incoming! This is by far the fastest I've ever seen them take down the server after a release so kudos to them for fixing this so quickly.
yeah updated that so helps me when I have limited time to play this is just TRIBBLE... every other game gave double exp or similar things when they messed up not STO its just TRIBBLE u sorry u paid 300 bucks for lifetime play exept when u cant

Problem is, sometimes these problems don't happen on tribble, and only pop up when it goes live. It's annoying, I know, but it happens. At least they caught it quickly and will hopefully have the kinks worked out soon. Still better than new years eve's major snafu.

well sherlock its the same softwear on tribble, its the same everything on tribble so dont try its unexpected that dont wash as its just hogwash.... try again and there is no excuse for poor testing and rushing to get it to us fast it just makes problems like this.
Despite the fact I give the devs grief from time (like many in these forums) I wholeheartedly agree that the devs deserve our thanks for QUICKLY taking down the server to work on fixing the problem. It's better to delay getting back into the game now than for everyone to suffer disconnects all day until a patch comes tomorrow.

If it's down most of the day, they'll need to extend the Risa event yet another day. There are probably quite a few people that will need to get their last "Flying High" run in today.
