My guess: applying/testing. More time. Give it 1 hour 40 minutes.
What always amazes me during this time is that A. people complain about how they have to do something else and B. that "something else" isn't one of the 28 seasons or 3 good movies. It should be a habit by now, STO isn't working: break out the Tranya. :P
Upon reflection, thats not an unfair point. However, as paying customers, we do have the right to expect updates in the inevitable event updates go sideways.

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
Well, they do release on Thursdays for a reason. We're the ones that big this up. Maybe they should sneak the code out in small chunks without telling anyone what it is for then once it is all there and it hasn't crashed everything, flick the switch to put it in the mission tab?
Server going down after about 1 minute, that really takes the biscuit to use a nice term. cryptic this is getting ridiculous and seems to happen everytime theres a new season or a big patch. I'm sure alot of the players will be well TRIBBLE off. Whats going to be done about it???? Free upgrade to level 14 on any ground or space equipment or weapon would be good. well a guy can dream.

Yeah, this it probably overly optimistic. If it is a software issue, I wouldn't be shocked if this is an all day issue to fix.
