Can't buy a Lifetime Sub

Went to Please Log in with your Cryptic or Perfect World Account
It would not take my username and password - or maybe the verification code - it would not work
It would not send me a link when I tried "Forgot Password?"
It would not send me a link when I tried "Forgot Username?"
I have done neither I know both, I can log in to play and into my account.

Do you guys REALLY want my money? Because if you don't I guess I'll keep it.

Just confirmed it!!! I changed my password for my Arc Account and it would not work on the page asking for the Cryptic or Perfect World (long gone) username and password - what gives?

    Try using your email address in place of username.

    I also want to buy the lifetime subscription offered at $199, but it isn't available, still shows $299 on the subs page!!?? and ARC support webpage does not open.... do you want lifetime subscribers??? or is the $199 summer special a gimmick? please advise

    I'm having the same problem. maybe my cryptic or perfect world account username is not the same as my arc/star trek online user name (don't know if that even possible). But the forgot user name link won't send me a email so I'm not sure how to trouble shot this one. Tried using my e-mail as my user name but that did not work.

    When I have had trouble getting into ARC or cryptic/pw signons I have done the following:

    Go into your browser options > privacy settings > remove individual cookies > remove any cookies for perfectworld.com, or cryptic or arcgames.com

    How to remove individual cookies (various browsers)

    Hold down shift key and hit refresh on the log in page (to force a fresh reload and not use cached data) and try going through the process of logging in / securecode etc.
