Hmmmm. I just logged in and 7 unsold items came off the exchange and I was able to retreive all of them:
Tricobalt mines
Armor
Ship shields
A science kit module
Datachip
That's unusual.
I'm not 100% sure, but I may have put these items on the exchange *after* the 4/21 update.
Maybe this issue only affects items that were on the exchange when the 4/21 patch hit?
Still not sure about bank/fleet bank items though.
Yes the bug seems to not be occurring with items now but there is still the issue of the items we can't get and we can't even be sure they we will ever be able to get those. It likely will be a thing where they will just need to delete them. Regardless they need to find some way to compensate us for this huge bug.
I recommend you read crash to desktop threads for season 7/8/9 .
Actually I dealt with the crashing issues a lot until I did a windows update recently. That seemed to fix my crashing issues I was having with the game.
Maybe I will tell you. The point of that whole exercise was, people were locked out of the game (many of them paying customers) for weeks on end after a big patch had occurred. A lot of those players missed events, special one time rewards, sales etc because they couldn't login at all for weeks. Season 8 crash locked players out of the game for close to 2 months. Do you suppose they received any compensation in the form of zen or ec or whatever? The obvious answer is an obvious NO! .
Trust me, it's a waste of energy to feel entitled to anything in this game.

Not sure what I'm missing but there are two slots in my Account Bank that I cannot move items to or from. I am not sure what was even there originally as it's either lockboxes or items I want to move from my main to my alts or vice versa.

I may not be a whale myself but have purchased 10+ character slots, Numerous Ship, Bridge and DOff slots, Many of the Escorts, KDF ships, Romulan ships, Shuttles, Keys, a couple of Bridge officers, and a few terms of sub time. Easily $1000 into the game since it went F2P. I am on the verge of quitting over this. They need to get it fixed or at least keep us updated. Not just have us posting about the issue for over a week and not hearing anything about progress being made to resolve the issue. As it sits now I may not ever put any more money into the game if I stick around. My time playing the game this last week has really dropped from when my internet lets me to logging in for setting up crafting research then logging off while waiting for the fix so that I can utilize what I spent the time getting for my delta recruits but can't access in my fleet bank and Account bank.
I am at least exempt from teh Exchange part of the bug since I don't really use the exchange often.
"General Server Stability" means they are bolting the servers to the floor, right? Wouldn't you be upset if Branflakes were to go stumbling into the server room, knock a rack over, and bring the game down for a DAY? SO, they aren't scrwing it up, they are bolting it down.
When I access my Account Bank, I only have 1 slot available for storage. This applies to EVERY character I log on. All other slots are unable to have items placed. This wasn't an issue prior to this patch. Please correct.

Probably means those slots are in use by the 'lost items' we're all experiencing. There is apparently a fix in today's patch, so check it again after that.

The lost items were still technically there. They had a blank icon and couldn't be dragged out or give any info on hover, but you could still tell the slot had an item in it because it had a bluish tint to it and didn't have the tell tale grey angled piece in the top left corner which indicates an empty slot. So you'll be able to tell if you have items still affected.

Homeworld Alliance which is my fleet also has many items from its fleet bank not appearing. I had 3 Xindi-Aquatic Narcine Dreadnought Carriers in my personal bank in one of my characters (her name is Karan S'jet) and they are not there anymore. Though, in the Fleet Bank with the missing items, the "block" of where the item should be seems to be there, if you were to click + hold that box a black square pops out which you can drag around. It is as if something is there but replaced by a "black box" icon. So the items are probably there though just not showing as their icons. The only tabs effected by this was the 2nd and 3rd tab in the fleet back. The rest of the tabs are fine, however I can not move anything around in those tabs at all, as in the items that are supposed to be there being a black box icon seem to take the space they are in.*
However, the 3 Xindi-Aquatic Narcine Dreadnought Carriers which I had in my bank do not give this effect, I find it strange because I do not place anything in Karan's personal bank. The only items I had in her bank were these 3 carriers which I was saving for my alternative delta characters (which are 3 characters as well) until their rank let's them use it. I went to place some new items to the her personal bank AFTER the patch and that is where I noticed that I am missing the 3 Xindi-Aquatic Narcine Dreadnought Carriers. Other then the fleet items and my 3 Xindi-Aquatic Narcine Dreadnought Carriers, nothing else was effected.
What characters did this affect? Karan S'jet@zeatrex (had 3 Xindi-Aquatic Narcine Dreadnought Carriers in personal bank now gone mission).

I am very sad I lost the 3 Xindi-Aquatic Narcine Dreadnought Carriers, the fleet items I am sure is easy to restore in the fleet bank but I really would like to get my carriers back!

Account Bank with 15+ items blank, plus email/exchange returns
my other 3 toons are having same problem.all in all over 100+ items are missing or errors from email/exchange returns. thx
