i am new to the forum and cant post threads yet but i have a sever problem i am a level 20 who is forced to use my starter shjip because my ship requisitions for both level 10 and 20 didn't give my the ship i bought with the requisition what do i do my friend has to carry me through missions and has had to since level 15
I just turned level 30 and earned new ship, selected the,ship that was available and clicked buy ship, took my free ship token but didn't give me the ship. considering deleting character, very frustrating.
Now you guys gave me a ship but for the wrong character. it was my level 30 romulan Lola. my other character is 17 and didn't earn another ship yet. really wanted it for my romulan.
still havent been given a ship for at least my level 20 requistion which i picked a heavy escort so what do i do delete my character and make a new one hopeing my requisitions will work that time?
I have the Xindi-Primate Ateleth Dreadnought and had leveled it up to Master V and was using the Ship Trait "Superweapon Ingenuity" granting another Beam Overload. After today's patch 7/16/15 the the trait is now completely missing from my selectable traits in the Ship Trait window screen. Thank you for your time and help. Take care Devs and Team.

I have also been affected by this bug, though thankfully only my Fed Eng has been affected.
To my knowledge I've only lost a set of Elite Fleet Covariant Shields, though this is still frustrating since they're a little expensive. I'm thankful I haven't been affected as badly as some other people in this forum post.
i am not sure if i have been affected by this issue (as it has been over 6 months since i last played) But every single one of my characters has lost practically everything, all their rep gear, fleet consoles, everything. i came back to 7 toons with near empty inventories, and empty ships.
There is no way i could possibly list all the gear that is gone from all 7 of my characters, but needless to say, i am more than a little upset by this.
Real Temporal Operative: Purchased the Special Temporal Agent pack before it was even officially announced!
Anyone noticed that this spec for Braced Crouch works sporadically. Just started to happen with the summer event patch. I don't see the FX animations of my character being healed while crouched in COMBAT. Tried it with a different alternate and works ok.
Is there a trigger that is disabling the animations and the trait NOT to show? Yes I made sure I have it on...kinda of hard to lose an SPEC you already spent for a while back. It was working fine and all of a sudden just gone?
Ticket filed but see if anybody else having the same issue?
Everything that was for sale in the exchange but can't really remember what was in there. I did get one email saying my Mk xiv ultra rare poloran beam critd3....(cant remember the other attribute) sale had expired but didn't get it back into my inventory. Was all OK last Friday 17 July but when I logged in yesterday....All gone. Effected character is K'head. P's have deleted the email stating the sale had expired.....
Two doffs from the Duty Officer Requisition - Dominion Cadre. Specifically Dathan and Kudak'ika. It's weird because the third doff Omet'Etan is still there.
probably in last 2 patches i think i lost a klingon research lab doff with effect of "chance to plactace when charged particle burst is used" they cost like 4-7mil on ec so its noticable...
I noticed it so late as i didnt do in last to patches any R&D upgrades (but it was the only doff i had for it) and bound to account i think so i couldnt sell it by mistake.
Would be nice if you guys checked it -

Not sure if this is the appropriate thread, but it seems that the "Peregrine Fighters" needed for project inputs for the red projects in Tier 0 Fleet Starbases are not available anywhere in game, and the closest match (the [Hangar-Peregrine Fighter] that comes with the HEC) is not accepted.
In fact, all Starbase ship equipment vendors currently have nothing listed in the Hangar tab.
Have you tried the peregrine fighters from the vendor on ESD? There's one down in the shipyard area who sells common versions for EC. It's been a few years since I ran that project, but I'm sure that's where I used to buy them.

That vendor is one of the ones I am talking about. The tab where the items were listed is now blank.

I'm not sure of all the items i lost as i took a break from the game, but i do know i lost Four Fleet Ship Modules , they just disappeared and it wouldn't surprise me if i a few other items where lost...But they would not have nearly been as important as the ship modules.
What item(s) went missing?

So with all that said, I really still need your help in this matter. This was a costly purchased item, so I'm invested heavily in it's return.

So,
I made a ticket (TWICE) as suggested. - Still nothing
I've noticed that when selecting my ships, one of my ships clearly shows my missing item, and states that that said item is equipped on another ship. IT IS NOT, I've checked several times. http://i1085.photobucket.com/albums/j432/lancemikemack/missing item_zpsfkndnw93.jpg
Clearly this is a bug.

9/6 Still no word from Cryptic and frankly I'm starting to get a little discouraged and miffed.
I mean, Cryptic/PWE will send perks to get people who stopped playing to play again, but here I am a player who's still playing, supporting the game, I have an issue and nothing ...

. Why does it show on one of my ships as being equipped on another ship ? (even though it isn't ...).

I just went through loosing items - only not out of my inventory...
I had opened several YoH lockboxes in batches of 10 (yeah I USED TO spend more than a bit of real money in Zen - more on that in a bit) and out of about 30 boxes 4 did not yield anything - no lobi, no other rewards, just lost keys and lost boxes. During this time I put a Tuffli class freighter on the exchange for 190 million EC - no one bought it because of others lowballing (imagine that!) and when the sale was up it was never sent back to me. No EC, no ship, nothing.
Contacting cryptic was a joke. I submitted a ticket (Year of Hell lockbox issues b]Incident: 150802-002431[/b) and first dealt with Ashynt who posted the standard boilerplate force verify. When that did not work I told support who then assigned Perzes to handle it. I suppose he wasn't able to help much as I did not have an exact time or date when the issues with the loxboxes happened. So then it got assigned to Eypreel who said there was nothing they could do about the loxboxes and that - according to him (her?) the ship was still on the exchange... 11 days after it was put on there despite an item I put on there a day later being sent to my mailbox 5 days after I posted it.
So good, good job Eypreel, now Cryptic lost not only my monthly subscription but also anywhere between $100 and $200/m in zen purchases. A drop in the bucket to Cryptic I'm sure but I refuse to contribute financially to a company that provides such slip shod customer support.
Iconian Tier 5 reputation bonuses were not given to me. I completed the 20th of august claimed tier 5 and nothing. No bonus iconian marks,dilithium or any of that. Thank you submitted a ticket and they said to post here. Thank you again and hopefully this will get resolved,

PWE stated i completed the 26th and was issued rewards but i checked my items under dilithium and marks and have not received rewards. I have a screenshot showing but cant figure out how to post it.
