Iconian Tier 5 reputation bonuses were not given to me. I completed the 20th of august claimed tier 5 and nothing. No bonus iconian marks,dilithium or any of that. Thank you submitted a ticket and they said to post here. Thank you again and hopefully this will get resolved,

After todays maintiance I am missing the Temporal Warp core from the previous Iconian Mission on all my characters. The mission was Butterfly, several others i know are missing it also.

I've just logged in for the first time in a couple of years and EVERYTHING has been reset????!!!?!? I was an Admiral before ... I had spent quite a bit of money in the game ... not to mention time ... and I now have to start from the beginning and all the money I spent in the game disappears??
The item is actually not lost as it is listed but it cannot be used. I cannot use my 10000 dilithium reputation voucher on fleet projects. I cannot use human bridge officers that i have in inventory to contribute to the fleet starbase project for the personnel officer

While we understand you would like us to be able to resolve your issue quickly, some issues require further development from departments outside our control and cannot be resolved by the CS and GM teams.

This may be done by clicking the question mark ("?") icon located at the lower-right area of your minimap, then selecting "Report a Bug" from the list of available help options. This seems to be part of the loadout bug I just posted. Apparently, while trying to shift loadouts and failing the system deleted my uncommon projectile weapons officer for mines. Really, thanks...dave@dragonhef01
After restarting laptop, my Mine Officer is back in the roster(not active). But, I've gone ahead and grabbed some standbys. Hope it doesn't get as bad as some.

I work doing phone tech support for a much larger company than Cryptic. So I know when your really saying that you arnt going to do anything. And I hate talking to people who think they are entitled because they spend thousands of dollars a year on their software. But even with what I do. When someone has been a long time user of your product calls. You go out of your way to help them. Me. 13 toons. Lifetime. Primary toon is in DPS 50k. Played the game almost from launch. Spent plenty of money in game. Not asking for a whole ship. Just want 880 winter whatevers. I dont get them and Im done with it all. Been on the verge of quitting for a couple of years now already. And my fleet Karfi is still see through going on 2 years later. Thats the kind of support this game has for its players. Do what you want. But you will loose us all unless something changes.

We would like to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, even though we file bug reports here in our department it will take some time to reach the developers, hence, filing a bug report is more time efficient because our developers are keen to check the forums oftenly.

I understand that you have some concerns about the event reputation project. Were you able to finish the project on your other toons? If yes, you should be able to claim the ship on your other characters by going to the Account Rewards Claim tab in the reputation store.

Well, I wonder how many things are going to continue to disappear: I just lost my card to my Luna-class. I guess the system decided it was too expensive to go into the ship yard for maintenance and scrapped it...

Im told by someone that this may be another bug that sends items into limbo, that it may be possible to recover the items if I had a ship loadout saved. Unfortunately I did not have a load out saved.
