Poor Harry Keten. Little does he know, he has to come out of his long sleep just in time to grind out a new specialisation as well as the old ones. He will probably climb right back inside that pod.
lol
Maybe capt'n Kim will give him some sponsorship tokens.

It's about specialization. Unfortunately, Sponshorship Token has no effect on the wild Specialization Horde, and Lockballs have an horrible 0.13% chance to help. Also, you can't escape.
Wow, Ballard has some seriously unresolved issues you know? She can't let him go. If she was a Borg drone she'd assimilate him too so they'd be on the same Cube!
Oh god... I can see it now... borgali Kim and borgali Ballard, freed by the Hugh and waging war against... well, everyone, probably...
This will end badly!

I believe that this Kobali woman is an old member of the voyager crew who died but later returned after the Kobali transformation. She was running away from her new Kobali life to retake her place on voyager and always seemed to have a soft spot for Harry later however, the old crew woman's new adopted father arrives to bring her "home" and calls her by the name jetlyah (if I spelt that right). Now where the other Harry came from, Well I have no idea. But I'm sure the Kobali woman seen with what we all believe to be a clone of Harry in the Vaadwaur stasis pod is an older version of "Jetlyah" now making this clone of Kim into a Kobali too. There are other possibilities as the Kobali infection only works on the dead so perhaps the Harry seen in the pod is a dead one from the future after he has lived his life, but I'm sure all our questions will be answered with the anniversary.
Do you remember that voyager episode "Deadlock"? The real Harry died by being blown out into space. This is probably that dead Harry they found floating about.
Actually one can't really say that either one is the "real" Harry. Both versions of voyager and its crew were just as real as the other, and neither could really lay claim to being the original.

It's Jhet'leya. And Kim is, with 99% certainty, the Kim that got sucked out into space in 'Deadlock', as has been referenced by dozens of posters already.
Infinite possibilities have implications that could not be completely understood if you turned this entire universe into a giant supercomputer.
I like this plot twist. It's consistent with canon, and just strange enough that it could happen in the Star Trek universe. I'm very curious to see how it will unfold.
"Critics who say that the optimistic utopia Star Trek depicted is now outmoded forget the cultural context that gave birth to it: Star Trek was not a manifestation of optimism when optimism was easy. Star Trek declared a hope for a future that nobody stuck in the present could believe in. For all our struggles today, we haven’t outgrown the need for stories like Star Trek. We need tales of optimism, of heroes, of courage and goodness now as much as we’ve ever needed them." -Thomas Marrone
Splendid. This looks like its going to be a fun and interesting storyline and I look forward to learning all about it.
I've never had any particular grudge against the Kobali though I have many questions about how, what the limits are, how did the race come to be like that? When I died I'd hand my corpse over to them. But I'm tolerant like that.
And Kestrel? I had no idea s/he was the one of the writers that day when we spoke when DR was released. Kudos, the storylines have been fun to go through. Mindscape was one of my favourites too.
Do we get to finally kill off the Kobali, I mean seriously I detest Zombie's so why would I want to help them in anyway, Sure it'll be something to do even if its not what I want, but I do find them to be repulsive so much that even though I have finished off the Delta Rising content I really wanted to see the Vaadwaur succeed in eliminating them, and now I want to eliminate them
Starfleet Intelligence has just intercepted an unusual transmission! It appears to be a personal log, detailing the thoughts of a Kobali. See what you can decipher, Captains and stay tuned for more information.
You can read the report here.

Please tell me that the minimum rank requirement for the anniversary episode isn't going to be level 60. If it really has to come after the rest of the Kobali missions, can't it be at level 57 maximum (the same level as the last Kobali mission) and require them to be completed?
Really makes me wish that I had grinded Japori like everyone else when I had the chance.
Support 90 degree arc limitation on BFaW! Save our ships from looking like flying disco balls of dumb!

It's estimated that the anniversary will not arrive for another 2-3 weeks. Even playing a single SB24 each day will suffice to get a level 50 up to level 60 in that time.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

...21 SB24's will get you from 50 to 60? Is there a KDF equivalent that allows you to launch a solo Private instance like SB24? I have characters that have run waaay more queues than that and are still 56, so something that levels that efficiently would be nice. Other than Delta Patrols, I found them boring.
Otherwise, yeah, I wish I'd been in Japori too instead of trying out the Delta Episodes and missing out on decent leveling forever. :P
With each passing day I wonder if I stepped into an alternate reality. The Cubs win the world series. Donald Trump is President. Britain leaves the EU. STO gets a dedicated PvP season. Engineers are "out of control" in STO.

For the KDF, personally i'd go with the empire defense and Pi Canis content. Might as well haul in loads of dilithium while you're at it.
Don't think there's a klingon version of sb24, but waiting periods for kdf specific queues is so long i never bothered with them.
Doffing and especially the marauder missions bring in good xp.

Cryptic is way over the line here this is just down right macabre i dont find this entertaining i find it disturbing and disgusting.....this was where i stopped watching voyager and will probably be where i stop playing STO.

I don't means this to belittle your beliefs or thoughts in the issue. But this is just Science Fiction. SciFi is a means to explore issues of today w/o the drapery of the real world. The Kobali and their second life beliefs and means of procreating explores the questions death and revival from near death states. Out technology is getting capable of reviving people back to life which whom would be considered dead in he past 10 years or so.
And think about this conundrum, a serial killer is caught convicted and sentenced to death. Imagine some whom is the most vial individual your can conceive of. He is executed. But at some point a few hours after his executation he is somehow revived back to living. But he suffers from some profound brain damage which has erased most of his memories but he is still a functional person. In essence, the deranged serial killer personae is gone. Now the question that is begged: is this new person still culpable for all of the crimes of the serial killer?
Or how about a variant of that scenario in worlds where personality death is possible. Is that ethical to do if an individual is sentenced to death? Is is a valid alternate to death of the body?

Voyager actually did an episode about this as well. "Repentance", season 7.

Usually featured episodes are available to all levels (or sometimes 10+) when they are first released. Once the event has ended they'll be limited to whatever level fits with their place in the story arc. Hopefully this one will be no different.

Bah! It's not a big spoiler, but if you're crazy about it, ignore this
SPOILER
Creepily enough, the dead Kim she's talking about is Actual Harry Kim from the prime universe. Captain Kim is from a parallel universe (so is Naomi Wildman) in which things went decidedly better for Voyager as depicted in the events of the episode Deadlock. Actual Kim was killed when a hull breach threw him into space, and Parallel Kim replaced him on Voyager's crew. The woman speaking is, of course, the Kobalified former Ensign Lyndsay Ballard (from the episode Ashes To Ashes), who would know that this thing happened to Kim back in Season 2, and know where Voyager was when it happened. So the Kobali dispatched War Rocket Ajax and brought back his body.
END SPOILER
Hold on. There is no way to know which of them is the "original". As far as the Voyager episode "Deadlock" is concerned, it was never mentioned which was a "copy" because of the divergence field.
As far as the Star Trek Science of divergence field goes, both are original and at the same both are copies of each other.
And both are Primeverse.
Look at it this way, if the Vidiian ship did not arrive, Voyager #1 would have self-destructed to keep Voyager #2 intact - which was in better shape.
If that's how things went, by your analysis, the rest of the series would have been about Voyager #2.
But that's the point. We were only given in the show the perspective of Voyager #1. If it was real, there's no way to know which is a copy and which is the original.
Yes, yes, the Harry Kim #2 has a different phase in his DNA, but that's about it. If Voyager #2 survived and Kes #1 with them, it will be Kes #1 who will have a different DNA phase.
The phase difference is local and isolated. Outside of Voyager, if both survived, they'll always have a different phase than the rest of the universe.
But since only one survived, the universe assumed the surviving phase variance as the universe's phase variance. While Kim and Naomi, both from Voyager #2 retained their #2 variance because Kim #1 and Naomi #1 both still exists in the same place -- just dead.
It also explains why only ship can survive. Also explains why they can not transfer more than 5 or ten people. The universe just won't accept the imbalance.
Now, I'm talking like the universe is "alive", well, that's how it is in Star Trek. When you talk about temporal mechanics ST style, you'll learn to accept that the universe "corrects itself" -- seemingly alive.
