Hello.
I am a lifetime subscription member and since the beginning of this year i've been unable to copy a characters from Main Server (Holodeck) to Public Test Server (Tribble) through "MY ACCOUNT" on Arc website using this link:
www.arcgames.com/en/my/character/copy/sto
...but doing so, i got this message:
"There are no test servers available for your account on this game".
On Cryptic website, it says, what i have full access to Public Test Server. And I HAVE access to Tribble, but problem with copying a characters on it is still present.
I do not know is there already a thread on the forum about this problem, so I started a new one.

I wonder how long it will take until they answer?
Best thing you can do is send in a ticket about this either in-game or thru the support website.
Make sure to include your charactername@handle and the repro steps you went through to transfer your character.
That can get the ball rolling to see if tech support can help.

I have already contacted the customer support but they refused to solve this problem. Instead, they recommended me to write on the forum about this issue.

I will check with our teams and see what I can find out for you, but I will most likely not get this solved before Thanksgiving as we are down many staffers already.

I put in a ticket and they said post on Tribble bug forum
no new char can arrive there
also the Problem ist that i only have have choice of 8 Char names which i can transfer, but number 9 and 1

I've never seen such a "productive work" for catching bugs like in STO.
I wonder how long it takes for developers to address these issues. For example, I've been waiting for almost a year ...:cool:
Actually I've been able to transfer toons up to a month or so ago but now nothing.

Well I did what they told me and guess what my Tribble is empty. Guess ill continue to do what the told me before and continue transfer until it works or start a new toon from scratch.
