Problems with the transfer of characters from Holodeck to Tribble

Hello.
I am a lifetime subscription member and since the beginning of this year i've been unable to copy a characters from Main Server (Holodeck) to Public Test Server (Tribble) through "MY ACCOUNT" on Arc website using this link:

www.arcgames.com/en/my/character/copy/sto

...but doing so, i got this message:
"There are no test servers available for your account on this game".

On Cryptic website, it says, what i have full access to Public Test Server. And I HAVE access to Tribble, but problem with copying a characters on it is still present.
I do not know is there already a thread on the forum about this problem, so I started a new one.

    I would like to see some comments from developers about this issue.

    Do you have any characters on Tribble already? Maybe if you were to create a new character on Tribble from scratch and take it up 1 level then it would jog the server's memory?

    Yes, I already have a character on Tribble, it was copied from Holodeck somewhere in January of this year through the same link. Regarding the second question, I tried this way ... result zero.

    Hi Sarog,
    Best thing you can do is send in a ticket about this either in-game or thru the support website.

    Make sure to include your charactername@handle and the repro steps you went through to transfer your character.

    That can get the ball rolling to see if tech support can help.

    I have already contacted the customer support but they refused to solve this problem. Instead, they recommended me to write on the forum about this issue.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the response.

    Unfortunately, due to the nature of the Tribble Server, PWE does not provide support for its test servers. I highly suggest simply waiting for a player to respond or contacting a community manager to help in making your post more visible.

    Yeah, still not working for me. Wonder if it's something tied to lifetime? I've been seeing that as a common thread.

    Hey, I'm not a Lifetime Subscriber but I do have access to Tribble and have previously transferred characters to Tribble. However, as of recent, I will go to transfer a character (not all are even listed btw) and I would select the character "Bianca". I then select Tribble and then click copy. It said it was successful and that it might take 2 hours. I waited the 2 hours and then logged in to Tribble and my character wasn't there. I tried again and had the same issue. Could somebody help me?

    I had the same issue, i bug the issue from the ingame. but the ticket was close. tribble characters transfer have not been working since 14 dec 2014. i again today still not working.

    I see i'm not the only one being redirected to the forums. I'm also unable to transfer toons to tribble abd got the same response as { sarog3 } in the forums. How can the forums fix tribble toon transfers if the tech support people don't do there jobs?

    I'm also having the same problem with copying my characters to Tribble. I've been experiencing this issue since the early part of December of 2014. I have transferred my characters using the the Transfer Link in the ARC Client and it tells me success. I go to log in to Tribble a few minutes later and I only see the 2 characters I already have over there. I hope that it can be resolved and a fix applied, I'm also a Lifetime Subscriber.

    cant copy also no char on tribble!!!!

    no new char can arrive there


    also the Problem ist that i only have have choice of 8 Char names which i can transfer, but number 9 and 1

    They told me to keep copying characters till it works, at this rate there will be 100 copies when it actually works.

    Good advice from support team...:rolleyes:

    I've never seen such a "productive work" for catching bugs like in STO.
    I wonder how long it takes for developers to address these issues. For example, I've been waiting for almost a year ...:cool:

    Actually I've been able to transfer toons up to a month or so ago but now nothing.

    i have a lvl 41 fed toon on tribble and iv tried copying other toons over and it keeps saying its completed please give it 2 hours or it will be done immediately and nothing and iv even created a new toon and got it to level 5 and that was still there a week later.

    i try to put one of my characters from halodeck to tribble it told me it compleated and still no characters moved over

    I've justa been told to delete all characters in tribble and then transfer, will I loose everything in the account bank?

    Well I did what they told me and guess what my Tribble is empty. Guess ill continue to do what the told me before and continue transfer until it works or start a new toon from scratch.

    ^^^ Same boat here. It's unfortunate that now the character copy isn't working now when it used to work just fine beforehand for me. Oh well, I was kinda looking forward to testing out the new stuff, guess that'll have to wait.

    The holiday period should not be mentioned. Look at all the other mmorpg games and even facebook games, even they resolve issues faster. Tribble transfer doesn't work, half the pve queues are buggy and leave you no choice but to quit, 1000s cant log on, patches and downtime are always longer than first stated, missions reset instead of completing, winter event bugged and now my steam probation when i had to download and play though because the arc launcher and sto wouldn't load wont end, it was 10 days and its been 16/17 and still nothing and no response to tickets as always.:confused::confused::confused:

    My characters also don't appear on Tribble. I am still settled with pre DR characters. :(
    Star Trek Online Advancement: You start with lowbie gear, you end with Lobi gear.
