When I started playing this game I knew my affinity for Star Trek I promised myself that I wouldn't stop going out or cut off any of my social life to play the game.

He does it so you will mistake legitimate players for trolls and get you to react to them not knowing they actually had nothing to do with it.
He has done the same with other players, including me. I have always start there is only ONE account I use for the giveaway, yet he has started other accounts with similar @handles to confuse people. Already I have gotten some messages from people thinking he is part of the real Saint Olivia fleet when he is not.
This is exactly what he wants.

It's not your fault but the video and the screen shots I added to the ticket clearly show the names and it's crazy as a player in the game that we have people like him that ruin the game for others that's why I got to the point of just getting off sto last night and going to bed the spam started at 7pm ended at 3am only cause I went to bed. But anyways as for me I am always really super nice to all players giving space traits out and helping my fellow fleet mates in the fleet I am in out and just really outgoing person I got to the breaking point and filed a ticket and everything

He's been harassing olivia for over a week straight now. I've personally had to field complaints regarding the conduct of my fleets members because of this veQ. According to PESTF, he has been joining and ruining queues for players for at least a month before that. He's onto our fleet because his ruining of our fleet run got him booted from his fleet. I guess now he figures he as nothing to lose and has taken up harassing her 24/7, with several accounts, non-stop with macros. And cryptic has done exactly nothing to curtail his actions.
I think that speaks volumes about how little cryptic cares about this game and community, between releasing nothing content like 47 while letting major bugs fester for months at a time (looking at you defera), and doing nothing to stop flagrant harassment. It's getting increasingly difficult to continue playing this game, let alone pay for products.
Show you care cryptic, and do something about this trash.

Neither of them are a part of my fleet. Though I've been spammed from numerous accounts impersonating him, and some that are the same guy but with different names impersonating other accounts. I'd really appreciate it if you could link to this 'proof' you keep mentioning so we could see if it's accurate or not because I suspect it may not be.

Usually I'm happy to watch you publicans have a good slapfight and rage on for hours, but here, serious talk time from a "troll" perspective, where I will grant the nice long insight so many have demanded in the past.

Many, many things I see people go on and on about by now are essentially starting small, a disco ball here, a fire extinguisher there, and it's "you", the supposed "victim", who will sit around and spin yourselves into this ridiculous and completely unhealthy rage over it.
Nearly always these eventually boil down to outright uncalled for racist, anti-ethnic, anti-cultural rants or conspiracy theories, or simply explode into hillariously uneducated ravings about percieved ways legal systems actually work, personal entitlement and what can only be called divine right to privileges or actions taken on your behalf, or just purely ridiculous and absurd attempts to be insulting towards the person or group who somehow (somehow being extremely easy to achieve) trigger you.
How many of you have genuinely taken a step back and thought for a moment "Why am I getting this worked up over some silly shenanigans in a Star Trek game?"?
Off the top of my head I can only think of one person.

The rest I have seen have complete meltdowns, the longest of which I have ever seen lasted 18 hours!
Long enough for me to go offline. have supper, sleep, go about my next day, come back on and hear that apparently the person was still there, completely shattered, over "trolling" (it was a disco ball).
Countless others have stacked up to 6 hours, most devote at least 2-3 to this foolishness. I have to ask: Why?!
I mean, you voluntarily log in to a virtual social environment, by doing that you also volunteer to interact on some level with the members of that environment.
If you really cannot deal with that, then why are you doing it?
If a virtual disco ball, bright costume, fire extinguisher, invitation, or challenge (the last 2 being easily disabled in options) triggers you that badly, then why expose yourself to it?
Now, before the inevitable "But I paid for it!!!! My rights!!!" rant, realize this: You gave money towards this game voluntarily, having known the above.
Not to mention, yet again, this is a Star Trek game, not the real world.
If this is all the world you have then my apologies, but there is little anyone in game or at PWE/Cryptic can do to help you with the problems entangling your existence.

More importantly, another aspect to reflect on, how many have stopped to consider how their interactions, however minimal they may be, impact the social perception they are recieved with in that community?
I mean really, if I run around Drozana or DS9 as my character in my bright pink robes with flowers, setting off my party popper or doing silly dances, looking like an utter clown, I am fully aware of it.
No, this does not make me some terrible person "breaking immersion" because plainly, the game has always allowed this, nor does it speak for me in real life beyond that I have the time spare to be logged in, not neccessarily paying attention to or playing even, the game.
Yet, so many of you common publicans will stand at some virtual bar with completely inhuman proportions, mostly on female characters in the skimpiest attire possible to wear in game, passing lame pickup lines, engaged in uninspired "RP" that nearly always has all the context or story value of a 1970s porno intro ("I have come to fix the washing machine!"), toughtalk boasting about your (usually awful) builds or prowress at some in-game activity.
I'll leave out discussing the zoo that calls itself ESD and the typical political and ethical debates going on there.
Perhaps take a moment to reflect on how others might percieve these things, and what they might say about you to other players, and what reactions might come of it.
Except you can't disable fleet map and and brisge invites. It's not "seeing a pop up window" and going into an end of the world breakdown. Try logging in, and being flooded with those invites, constantly, every time you dismiss it its instantly back in your face, want to joing a pre-made queue? Can't do that, constant invite bombardment. Ground queue? Nope, constant invites kick you from shooter mode, and knock you out of control in rpg mode. Space queue? Good luck running your ability binds and hotkeys with constant invites knocking your control into menu screens. Pick up an item/interact with anything in game using F key? Oh look, you just accepted the invite that is not a permanent presence on your screen. You were in a queue? Not anymore, now you're at a fleet base or bridge.
Change chat channels? Nope, you've got 400 new junk channels clogging up your menus.
Had a good reputation in game? Enjoy being flooded with fraud accusations because while you're being lambasted with invites and spam, the guy is also going around conning people out of real-money items in your name.
Reported him? Too bad, cryptic is sitting on their thumbs so hard that their shoulders are wearing their lower intestine like a slip cover.
And this is going on, at all hours, with macros, so they never stop, for weeks.
Your devils advocate shtick is bs and you know it.

I've noticed that that evidence is connected to an account containing your actual name and other things that aren't really advisable to put up for open viewing here.
Just as a friendly hint since me and my entire fleet and all associates have strict policies about keeping what is in game in game, but others might not see it that way.
And you've proven nothing more than that there is someone out there impersonating diabolical91 by mispelling his name as 191, who is also the same clown that is harassing Saint Olivia by mispelling her fleet name.
I also notice there is no damming spam in the chat box of your proof, nor is this evidence the video you claimed to have.

No one is playing devil's advocate here. I do not support nor condone the behavior of this individual, but, if anything, this thread alone is giving him the "lulz" to keep on going. Equating a guy sending out spam invites to Gamergate, then trying to coin a special term, "Trollgate," for what is essentially a drip in the ocean of online trolling, is unnecessarily adding urgency and drama to this whole ridiculous thing. I have gotten death threats as well. In fact, I have made it no secret that I have gotten death threats in the game. I am sure most are just people blowing smoke, but it only takes one psycho to do something foolish.
