Hmm, my first day on this game. Since it's been down all day (third crash already) i've been reading the forums a lot. Seems like you guys are used to this kind of stuff.
What does it say when a player base is already used to crashes and downtimes?
See this happens when we don't bring up the subject of harvesting voth farts to control the v-rex's and have them farm our bacon stores onboard the server room.

STO is currently offline. We are aware of this issue and currently working on bringing the server back online only to have it go right back down again as soon as possible. We look forward to further tormenting those of you who enjoy our game.
Wow, this time I'm not just getting a server down icon on the launcher, but the forum seemed to be struggling for breath, too. I've gotten gateway timeouts, and a couple of error messages.

But for Cryptic, QA means just getting on the back of that bull and hoping the insurance covers what happens next. No tranqs, no kneepads, it'll be fiiiiiiine.
This is painfully ironic for me. I was playing APB: Reloaded, and they have been having terrible server issues for about a month now. I came onto STO for the 4-year event, and what do I find? Server issues.
That...just...sucks! But Cryptic is reliable, so I trust they'll fix it ASAP.
