Well if we actually get it running again, I think Ill do the whole ship and gear thing on 3 chars (1 each faction) in the end only 1 will fly it (romulan engineer)for the full hybrid goodness, lets hope they make this playable....

You all do a great job all year and then on an anniversary with so much stuff released overlapping, server crashes. I told you guys not to get peanut butter on the power cords when you are using it with your dog in the control booth!
this is nuts, 2nd time trying to finish new mission and just finished destroying undine dreadnoughts when it crashed again. I'm going to be pissed if I have to start battle in 2nd dyson sphere all over again. Cryptic needs to find a way to apologize for this TRIBBLE up!!!

STO is always crashy during major releases... just like every other MMO I've played aside from, of all things, DDO.
It's just due to timing. While there are many unaddressed bugs, uptime isn't a big problem for STO. Wait until later today into tomorrow and odds are good everything should be stable.

The shooter variant, enforcer variant and one more i haven't seen yet.
Now the big question is how long the next fix is going to take.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

I did have a bad feeling about the servers when I got back on.
Not sure about the WoW server (:P), but STO servers could definity need a buff.
