i remember when steam was introduced the majority of us on WON swore we wouldnt install steam, and cited all the same reason for not liking it as people are voicing regarding arc today.
eventually the day came when we had no choice but to either ditch our valve-powered games or make the jump to steam. ten years later its obvious that all the anti-steam hysteria was just that; hysteria.
Same and followed all the instructions to a t no mail no costume option for khan except the orginal khan uniform not the exclusive one

In the meantime, please log-out completely, log in again via Arc, and choose the next character in your list -- hopefully that works for you as a workaround.
Minus point for chickening out and giving the female version an undershirt. On the other hand, before I realized ti said Botany Bay, my immediate assumption was that it said "No Fat Chicks".
You don't actually HAVE to wear the undershirt as a female. It IS optional so no they didn't chicken out.
So you decided to attack some spelling error to don't have to deal with the contain and when you did you didn't have the brain to can answer it.
The Khan gear looks awesome, though I am dissapointed it's off-duty only. I'd be willing to pay for non-ripped, uniform grade Khan jackets and outfits.
No Brandon, it is clearly NOT account wide UNLESS you are actually in STO using ARC. If I log in on my desktop (which is what I generally play STO on and do not wish for it to be infected with the spy/malware known as ARC) I can not get the outfit on characters I have not logged in with through ARC. I have to log in on EACH and EVERY character, get the mail, and then get the uniform. That seems to imply also that any characters made AFTER the promo is over will not get the uniform.
Maybe "Account-wide" in that you can get it on every current character on an account IF you log in to each of them during the promo period, but not an "account-wide" unlock in the general sense of the term. I can still get my Steam and Raptr (do you people remember the brief love affair you had with them?) account-wide unlocks if I log in through Arc, so why not the other way around?
I have not gone through all of the posts, and for those who also have not, boot in via arc, read the email, go to the tailor. the costume is under uniform-off duty-bare chest and the hood is under head, of course.
and yes it works for KDF. did not try Romulan. but the gorn look funny with the outfit
It is an account wide unlock while logging into each character through arc for the first time. You can't log into arc once on one toon and then access it across all toons outside of arc.
Then this is NOT an account wide unlock. Account Wide means the entire account. This is a per character unlock while using Arc.
If I create a new character outside of Arc it will not show up.
It's starting to be bleeding obvious that the people who can't find either a) never knew there was an Off-Duty costume option [It's in the second costume slot, people], b) they really are having problems trying to find it or c) they're just saying this so they can prove that Arc isn't worth it.

nope nothing working on this end have logged out of arc then back in logged into the game changed character none of them are having the option for khan exclusive uniform in off duty set.

Logged in on the computer my kids get to use for STO, which has ARC on it. Got uniform on my main...
Logged off the "kids" computer, went back to primary laptop - using only the STO launcher. Main who checked in on other comp, has Kahn parts in off duty. Orion KDF Sci, no parts...
Therefore, it is "definitely not" working as a true account-level unlock. However, if I was to stay logged in on the Kids PC, or add arc to my main laptop, then, of course, for the duration of the promotion any characters I log in with / use while in ARC will get the uniform, therefore it is a "quasi-account" unlock, though new toons built after the promotion is over will get the shaft...
This is the impression I get from other posters. Those who have transitioned to ARC "full time" - good to go, finding outfit on each character they log in with / create. Those who are trying the "login, grab, run" technique - coming up short.
Something you could pass on to the rest of the guys... Doesn't help that the main I used has a last name Dareau, and my account name is Dareau - so when it said "Thank you Admiral Dareau..." I can't confirm / deny that it's pulling my toon's last name, or my account name...

Go to head customization, and click on the head options drop down at the very top. There should be a "Helmets and Wraps" option.
They're in the Off Duty section.
