My uniform is not showing up at the tailor's the only khan one I see is the star fleet version and it cost's zen.
It is an off duty costume. If you don't have a free slot then you will need to modify a saved one.
Click on head, then upper right click so it is on off duty. If you want the head scarf and visor click on where it says humanoid (right at the top). Go to uniform, select bare chest then in the next slot it will show Khan. Then do what ever you want to do with everything else.

Small flashback--ARC was downloaded a while back, when it was first introduced. Within 24 hours of having it. I removed it.
Now the company does this. For a free Khan off duty uniform. The trade off is getting the ARC Beta installed again?

Agreed. I can't believe that PWE is so desperate to get people to use arc that it resorts to freebies....
If I ever do install Arc, it will be on a virtual box partition away from the rest of my main OS and programs and it will be just for getting these freebies...
Is that likely to happen? No? I don't want spyware on my computer so no thank you.

Yes. The hair styles are included. If you want to apply the headscarf and visor, you need to apply that on the the first tab that appears on the head screen
I installed via Steam, neither CO or STO are showing up in my Ark. Does Add-Games act as a (custom game) launcher and not what I'm looking for?

Open Arc, click on STO, click on play for free then it will install STO. It will however reinstall the entire game. Arc will install the launcher, when that comes up then it will patch.
Arc is not spyware. It is the same type of software as Steam. Spyware are programs that are installed without your knowledge to acquire certain information that you don't want to release. Since you personally installed Arc and it only deals with data related to PWE, then it can't be spyware. People don't consider Steam spyware even though it tracks purchases, achievements, and some other statistics. Now if Arc started to track your browser history and online purchases and had absolutely nothing to do with PWE, then it would be considered spyware.
Then by what you said, ARC is a spyware. Because it installed BHOs on my Internet Browsers, without my permission. And my internet browsers have nothing to do with Perfect World or ARC.
Also, with ARC gone, there are still some questionable new processes going on that concerns me.
