    Dear Cryptic, please fix your forking servers already. I can understand issues like this in an MMO 3-4 years ago, but this is inexcusable. This last expansion has done nothing but wreck the game.

    My Launcher is Unable to Authenticate, as well.

    But if the Servers crashed, then why is the light of the server still green ?

    Mine also says inactive... I have LTS and was just on last night...
    Some people buy Tier 6 ships and expect to win. Other people buy Tier 6 ships and are Tier 6 pilots.

    Just got home from a long day of work. Unable to authenticate.... Should I be playing a game that allows me to play with what little leisure time I have?

    Ever since the launch of Neverwinter you can TRIBBLE silently and cause all the servers to fail. "Servers back on!" *penny drops on the floor* "****, server is down again."

    authentication and game servers are more than likely separate ... that would be how I would set it up...

    It's even worse than that. I checked my account status (as I have a lifetime account) and it says zero days active and my subscription is inactive. I know better, but it seems that this is related to the authentication server thinking accounts are inactive (thus why people can't login).

    I see a handy dandy 500 internal server error when trying to login here. This is most certainly the cause since that would appear to be the gateway to cryptic.

    I am going to guess that there is a segmentation fault, a flood, or a resource constraint.

    when doing old is new main mission i couldnt go on so i restarted and it gave me the same thing! so anyone want to discuss the matter?

    Same issue...

    I was able to get past the launcher about 15 mins ago but it kept timing out while trying to connect to the account server. So I closed the game and powercycled the PC and now I'm getting unable to authnticate...

    Sucks because my wife's PC patched faster and she's creating her Romulan right now but I can't get in. We haven't played for a couple months.

    EDIT: Nvm, was able to get in now.

    But when I go through Create/Manage Subscriptions to the Cryptic Website (instead of PW), after verifying with Account Guard, it had my correct subscription and subbed days info
