    Same here:

    I'm the 13th person to get kicked out of STO; Unable to Authenticate

    Why does it consistently die the night before the patch?

    Having the same issue, was in game, but got kicked out when I tried to change characters.

    I guess thats it for STO tonight... It prolly won't be back up until tommorrow sometime because they will use this to patch tomorrows patch more than likely.

    Also the bonus event just hit too so getting screwed out of that on top of that it seems.

    Hi Sir, :D

    I Can no longer log in, and where it should say "Loading Launcher", it now says "Unable to authenticate".

    What should I do please ? Can anyone help Me out please ?

    Also having this issue.
    Some people buy Tier 6 ships and expect to win. Other people buy Tier 6 ships and are Tier 6 pilots.

    I went so far as to even look at my account. It says I'm "INACTIVE" and I get the same "unable to authenticate" message.

    I beg to differ, cause I was very much "active" before I got kicked out.

    Samething is happening to me. I tried to change characters first but it wouldn't let me so I exited and I wasn't able to log back in.

    I just logged in and then had to log out and back in, then I went to my account page now its saying my account is inactive? I bought the LTS about a month ago. Any help would be appreciated.

    Just as I was trying to finish cycling my DOffs...
