    wasn't bait

some of the people here have not grasped this I merely want to see safety for the KIDS who play this game

we do not need people pestering teenage girls in ESD or drozana

    (or teenage boys either)

we also do not need a fleet (who make some totally false claims incidentally) who seem to exist purely to crash peoples computers

No you had no (evidence) to begin with, tried to put some up, it was a joke and now you are back tracking.

    Nice try though.

P.S: To be ironic (like you tried) you would have posted some real evidence and then posted somthing funny.

Instead you posted something serious (which made everyone think of you as a joke), and then tried to backtrack.

Oh and keep on trying to save those kiddies.

You're in a quagmire for sure.

Ok, now I really do bow out.

Sollvax you have tried everything from making accusations that could not be backed up by evidence, to posting you tube links with 'save the children' themes.

You have completely and utterly, with every single post, failed to provide anything in the form of evidence to back up any of your claims.

The closest you have come is people dancing in bikini's and you claim children should not see this. And when I say this is 'close' i mean that as a joke.

You are very good at what you do, I will not say what you are, (as this is a banable offence) but if you really do 'stand up' and represent the RP community. I certainly would not want you on my side.

An imbecile comes to mind. But I aint calling you one. That would be a compliment.

Guilty! Of DANCING! In a public space!

How dare they! Round them up and BAN THE WHOLE LOT OF THEM!

This is a serious game for serious people. We don't take kindly to frivolous nonsense like dancing and humour around these parts.

The reputation exists because a small number of these individuals have done everything in their power to create a public perception of the fleet as some kind of cabal of griefers. People accuse us of being behind server outages, fleet bugs, all kinds of things. Whenever an issue arises, "blame *that* fleet" becomes the standard response from enough people that the propaganda has stuck with people who have had no interactions with them.

As for DS9 today, if you had stuck around a little longer (I was there), you'd have known that we (both the exploders and the explodees) were actually cooperating. Members of those fleets and public players were intentionally dropping shields and huddling in an area far away from the spawn point to have some fun exploding, seeing how far they would fly when the booms went off, and having fun. Nobody was angry, it was just some light hearted emergent gameplay that everyone involved was okay with. Nobody was hampered from entering DS9.

edit: Also, I see absolutely no recognition of the instance changes (or perhaps the fact that many people are levelling their Romulans instead of RPing) as a factor, the "blaming" of a certain fleet continues, even though the RP disappearance coincided entirely with the release of LoR.

Can it. I've read your forums. It's very clear and specific there that your stated goals are to grief people and ruin their time in the game (whether I agree with how those people choose to spend their time or not). You give tips and rules on how to skirt the rules, how to provoke others into breaking them, etc. You're griefers. But you know that.

It is clearly stated in the first post of the STO thread:

    Message from Dear Leader:

Hello, pubbies who are reading this thread! Welcome to the home of Starfleet Dental.

As you may have noticed, we are roleplaying as dentists and fire safety officers in Drozana. If you have a right to roleplay erotic dancers and have public sex in Drozana Station, we also have a right to roleplay dentists and fire safety officers. There is nothing in the terms of service stating that any one form of roleplay is more valid than the others.

In fact, as you've probably already noticed, we make it clear to our members that they are not to break the rules or terms of service in any fashion! Starfleet Dental members have been advised that they should not swear at you or call you vulgar things!

If you are unhappy with our brand of roleplay, may we suggest moving to a more private area for all your roleplay needs? Drozana is a public space and everyone has a right to roleplay their favourite things there, within the terms of service!!!!

Of course they are. Last night on DS9 they were harassing a player for (stupidly) flaming them in response to their harassment. I use the word stupidly because, as I said often, the best defense against Dental is to say nothing and do nothing in response to them, except barrel through with your RP.

Interesting plan. You whould have a special costume for the fleets you dislike, and a separate instance for them, one might say they'd be "Concentrated" there.
Actually, that wasn't a half-bad idea he had.

Why does every planet I've beamed down to so far, seem to have a breathable atmosphere, even 'unknown' ones I'm supposedly exploring?

Are there any places where you _have_ to wear eva suits to survive? or are they pretty much cosmetic.

An old station somewhere that has no life support, or a moon or planet with no breathable atmosphere, or no atmosphere at all, might be interesting.

Don't have safeguards to prevent you from going too. Go right ahead and beam over without a suit... and 7 seconds after you rematerialize, you're unconcious or dead.

Anyways, totally off-topic here... back to your griefing/trolling...

This started a photoshop contest with Star Trek themed 1930s German propaganda as a joke. It was so successful that it was later expanded into Star Trek themed Communist propaganda, if you didn't have such delicate sensibilities you would see the humor.

but ESD is a military base not party central
: orders another drink in ESD's dance club :

ESD isn't a "military base" in the classic sense of Fort Bliss being a military base. While the Federation has a high presence there, ESD seems to be more of a transportation hub than anything else.

Ships come, ships go, passengers get on, off, transfer, cargo moves through, and OMG have you tried the Pina Colada's in the club? To DIE for...

We just tend to hang around the more military-themed parts of the station, but there is an awful lot going on at the station they haven't built out.

Just keep in mind, the Federation is not exclusively a military organization. It is government as a whole. I'm sure there are some stations exclusively military, but ESD isn't one of them.

It is a criminal offence in German law to produce images like that except to make accurate historical accounts of TRIBBLE Germany in WW2.

If you don't believe me, I'm sure you can look it up for yourself. Whether you are joking or not, it is inappropriate and could land you in a lot of hot water. Not least it's obscene and offensive and not remotely funny.
