I know this has been posted about A LOT but....it seems like the Q is not moving at all.
are people still getting in? or are there still issues with connecting once you get to the front of the Q?
Im a silver member for a while now and know it will be a while but I have had the same Q number for 2 hours, just wondering if the Q is broken too lol.
If the servers are at 100%, this is not good working practice, as you should never really run anything at 100%, there should be a bit of room, bear in mind this is happening alot more, and if they want more people to play, so they can buy stuff of the c-store, then they need to get on to do so.
I would say additional capacity has now become a must, not a optional as more players = more money
just 3600 people ahead of me. Was waiting until late at night...either the patching took longer then expected or the servers have been packed for 9 hours.
Obviously the best way to increase membership and thus people who may want to spend money on the game is to deliberately maintain substandard servers to force away thousands of potentially paying customers? That doesn't even make sense from a business perspective.
What I mean to say is that this is just plain incompetence. The reason there's a queue is because they still haven't invested in a better system, and they seem completely ignorant of the fact that it means less people on and less customers for them. Even if they read this post, I don't think they'd comprehend that.

I'm almost positive that They added new software recently that was supposed to handle the influx of new players and They just haven't nailed all the BUGS in it yet.

i was waiting 10 minutes in the que before i logged in the first time. first i was happy, all my characters are still there and the new hud looks great too. so i sent all my doffs on assignments and tried to change characters :eek:
next que... after 10 more minutes waiting in the que and getting me another coffee... connection failed for unknown reason... and again... and again...
first i was mad, they ruined my favorite game i play a lot with my friends. but then i started to be really glad, it could be worse. now i'm really happy those guys are making a computer game and try run a server instead of being my doctor or lawyer :rolleyes:

High server populations are expected for the new update of course, but this should have been anticipated a little bit better.
All and all I'm happy and I love the update, but please work harder to fix the server issues in the future.
