I am kinda enjoying the story line for the romulan's but first off the lagging is horrible half the time I cant turn in a mission or activate a mission objection (Example: Scan the blank system) and now I cant even log into my account cause of a Login Failed error. This is honestly very frustrating cause in the past even when new content was launched I never had problems before till now. Hope something can be done

If anyone thinks we are complaining because the game is having problems with a major expansion... wrong. We are complaining because the same mistakes are repeated over and over with every major update. Same mistakes that almost made the game fail at launch, more than 3 years ago. Here:

What i did was merely an observation of the facts.
Since the update i played for over 3 hours without any problems and when the end of the workday in the US timezone arrives the servers overload.
I used the word yank, but that word holds neither malice nor racial bigotry.
It's the day of one of the largest updates in the history of STO when it is to be expected that the servers will get a lot on their plate and yet we see a massive amount of players signing in and updating in a very short period of time.
It would have been smart to wait 1-2 hours and spread out. If you have the option to avoid a traffic jam do you avoid it or park your car right in the middle?
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

Great Job Cryptic. You bring out this awesome expansion and dont beef up the servers to handle it. We see this with other games and expected better outa you. What a let down feeling to have to wait to play the new stuff.

I'm a lifer since STO closed beta, and i can only get very nervous when I see the same mistakes repeated all the time. It's sick.
I have an idea... remove the Romulan update. lol That should fix it.
(You think cryptic is going to ban me sooner or later for the flak I'm giving them. lol)
On a side note, I decided to try to earn some Zen while waiting and take some of their surveys. To bad I didn't qualify for any of them....
