I have not been able to play much with the rom stuff yet but I have seen quite a few clipping and tearing in the uniforms. I will try to spend more time and post pics to illustrate better for the art team :-)
I like the uniforms so far, though I was a bit dissapointed by the furry klingon jacket. It doesn't come with very much matching gear which is dissapointing. Are we getting veteran uniforms and such?
Also, will Romulan players be using Fed and KDF STF set costumes, or do they get their own, modified costumes?
A bit of a nitpick: after you unlock Romulan Republic and later Romulan Klingon/Starfleet uniforms, you don't have any uniform presets like you do with the Romulan Civilian (or pure Fed/KDF). Please fix this, so we have a quick shortcut to standardization.

I got the same issue while changing the appearance during character creation (feminine stance). This one (the Romulan Civilian Wrap) is clipping around the waist and near the armpits. The (regular) Romulan Civilian (jacket) and the Romulan Civilian Vest are only clipping near the armpits.
System information: Win7 - 64 bit with AMD HD5850 (driver version v13.1)
I adore the Romulan Federation 2 uniform. Unfortunately it clips with a lot of things, belts, hands, the undershirt. Also the male version has the choice between three undershirts while the female is stuck with one, I would really love an undershirt without that choker collar..

Just testing things out in tailoring screen, first one is a bit of a weird one. Both Romulan Republic uniform tops clipped through the Romulan Republic wrist attachments. Same problem occured with 'Survivor Romulan 01' and 'Survivor Romulan 02' (but not 'Survivor Romulan 03'):
However, when testing the next problem, this seemed to sort itself by me going to the body settings and going back to uniform setting, despite changing absolutely nothing in the body settings.
'Romulan Civilian Rolled Medium Sleeve' seems to clip into the body of my toon, under the armpit. I have included body settings, just in case that has a bearing:
The 'Survivor Romulan' collar works fine with the 'Survivor Romulan' tops, but has clipping issues with all other tops except for the 'Shirt Simple' top, as it clips through, to a greater or lesser degree, instead of lying on top. Typical example:
Tal Shiar pants are wrong, the option is present but a duplicate of the menu entry above it.
Tal Shiar chest gear is absent entirely. Encounted a male romulan that had it..
Color pallets are different between several parts.
Can we have a skirt for the female tal shiar uniform, that matches the top in style?
Veteran uniform parts?
Long fingernails? for the maniacal laughter evil look.
Klingon Romulan boots have a high heel, can we have a tal shiar boots for females with high heels like that?
Sometimes the tailor diesplays no character, need to relog to fix it.

I find that running in the Romulan skirt causes clipping, would be fixed if the skirt were to flex more, also found it irritating that I could not complete the Rom/Fed uniform as shown in the choose alliance picture due to the lack of skirt options, would be fixed by opening up fed skirt options with the alliance
Tattos and scars don't show until you change the color, and (I think) the X and Y scales. Once you've done that, it becomes visible, and can be placed.

I was under the impression that the first 4 BOFFs you recruit are unique (like the special STF drone and FE Reman/Breen/Jem'Hadar boffs) and aren't meant to be customized.
Many of the female civilian tops clip, and seem to clip more at extreme ranges of breast sides (both smaller and larger)
The civilian skirt clips, especially with weapons.
Color pallets don't seem to match, and the fact that there is a small color pallet and a big one doesn't help in matching colors. Even using colors from the same size of pallets, they don't always match between pieces. This however seems to be a hold-over from live where the same issue can occur.
Can we get access to more RSE military/Tal'shiar uniform outfit pieces? I especially would like to see the over-the-shoulder-ribbon-thingy added (and the belt)

The Tal Shiar jacket has by default a 'material type' that doesn't have a texture. The normal texture is available, but must be selected first.

A lot of my bridge officers have linked uniform colors that make it hard to customize. Some examples are the Romulan/Federation jacket and pants, and the Romulan/Federation chest gear with the Romulan Survivor protective weave undershirt.

The federation belt has some discrepancies with it's pockets. Two out of the three pockets in the belt match the three pockets on the chest gear. They can be colored independently from the trim and have a metallic finish. The third pocket does not have the metallic finish and can't be colored independently from the trim.
And since my other thread gets ignored by almost everyone even though it's not a uniform, just a costume issue: What is up with female Remans? Why is Veril the only female Reman who looks like one and not like Voldemort?
Why are the standard female Remans missing both the dark spots AND the noses of Remans?

Sorry to be so blunt, but to call a spade a spade:
Gauntlets clip massively with the Romulan Klingon 2 Jacket loose. To the point where they become near invisible.
The gauntlets also clip with any of the powers that involve using a tricorder. i.e Tricorder Scan, Medical Tricorder etc.
The chest gear and handbag for Romulan females also clips with this jacket. Particularly the back strap.
The trouser options for Romulan Klingons also present similar issues with regard to the straps.
The Romulan Klingon Belt Option, clips horribly with the skirt. It also overlaps with the chest gear to make a horrible mish mash.
The Romulan Republic Belt gets sort of tucked into the Romulan Civilian Trousers as well as the Romulan Klingon options.
The Romulan Klingon Boots, clip very badly with non Romulan Klingon Trousers.
When selecting the fingerless gloves, one of the colour options actually changes the entire skin tone of the character and not the the gloves themselves. While useful, seems a little counter intuitive. The other colour options make no noticeable difference. The colour palette for the gloves seems very limited with only blue and white.
The Romulan Survivor scarf, clips with the KDF shoulder pads.

No rank and no faction badge like a combadge or the klingon arm badge is very disappointing.

I was under the impression that the first 4 BOFFs you recruit are unique (like the special STF drone and FE Reman/Breen/Jem'Hadar boffs) and aren't meant to be customized.
