Zen Transfer

hi..im wondering why i cant get any help from Devs on transfering zen to my acc,no answers from Support & ive tryed all ways to transfer my zen so i can buy gamma packs & other stuff..ive lokked around & asked friends & they got the same prob & cant either transfer..pls check it upp..Thnx Hogg.

    dont quote me on this one..

    but it seems all of our "new or newly linked" accounts have a stupid 10 day holding period. Maybe you can transfer after??

    Would be nice if an actual Dev would answer a question or two today.

    Well it's been like 2 days since you posted that, and you haven't got an answer for us all to see yet.

    try messaging pwebranflakes directly and see if he can get an answer. he is community manager after all.

    Actually, you can ignore that stupid 10 day holding period. Just set up your PWE profile,
    • enter your Credit Card information and purchase some Zen
    • Wait for the Credit Card Verification to complete (2 - 3 hours),
    • wait for the purchased Zen to get transferred to your Zen Wallet (another 2 - 3 hours)
    • then transfer the Zen to STO Holodeck Server
    and you're ready to go... (though remember, 'Patience is a virtue'...)
