For some reason these settings are not readily accessible form the User CP menu.
And they should be, which is a problem.
Quotes are so weird and messed up. If I've quoted a post earlier, or if I have multiple tabs with STO Forum threads open, sometimes it quotes those threads or posts instead of the one I actually click on, and sometimes nothing at all. I generally get an error message that says something like:
You have selected 1 post that is not part of this thread. Quote this post as well, or deselect this post.

I have to deselect however many threads I didn't actually select to quote, go back to the thread / post I want to quote, and then requote.
Really dislike being forced to make a PWE account just to be able to access a far less functional and user friendly website and forums. My "reserved" name wasn't allowed when linking my (Gold) account to PWE's inferior and infuriating system.
Having read through the list from the OP, I can safely agree with all in that list, especially having to re-add everyone on my friends list, and ignore list from my Cryptic account in game (not that I can log in using the Cryptic option now I've had to link my account - please fix this), to the PWE account on the Forums just so I don't have to log-in to the game to send people mail. Did it ever occur to the people at PWE that us users aren't always talking to each other in game, or use computers that don't have the game interface downloaded on in which to check our game mail and the forums? Evidently not. :mad:

May I add that when I use my I-pad or I-phone to view the STO website that the top row of links E.G. Home, Media, Comunity, Etc. does not allow my to goto the relevant pages. They do nothing. All other links work fine and the top links work in IE.
Randomly "Today's Post" gives me this instead of the list of Today's posts:

One thing thats wrong at the moment is why can't we have our own custom avatar pics but instead at the moment having to with the lame ones that are currently available????

The whole forum layout makes me feel like its 2004 again, And I'm rather upset I have to use my PWE name. I would of made a new account to change my name but I already had a bunch of games/stuff attached to my PWE account from waaaayback.There should totally be an option to use @handle as forum display name :cool:
