    Maybe it's a test. There's a hidden button that activates the server. It won't come on until we find it.

    Yup, more descriptive version of the thread title would be

    "Tribble is back on the launcher and available for patching"

    But you know... even if the thread title said that there would still be someone saying "why can't I log in?!?"

    Rehpic just said they are preparing release notes so the server might not get turned on until those are released to the forum.

    Sooo... No one else is having trouble with the Launcher patcher disconnecting?

    I can't even start the launcher...

    I keep getting this:

    [Cryptic Launcher Autoupdate
    Trying to update the launcher.
    Please be patient.
    Tried connecting 2 times.]

    Then a new window opens saying:

    [Patcher error
    (BIG RED X) The patchclient got a message while it was in a state with no response function.]

    Anyone now how I fix this?
    If others are got the Launcher patched and are patching Tribble now, then I know the server is running.

    I had to download about 600 MB which took around 4-5 minutes.

    you may have joined a bit later and just at the end of the queue. i imagine everybody is patching now. ive had it before during busy periods.

    the sever is not even up yet so i would not worry too much. just give it some time and try again.

    Apparently the Release Notes, which someone saw before they were taken down, state that everyone will be starting as a Silver Member in this part of the test.

    Ok serious question:

    How are a bunch of monthlysubcribers/Lifertime subcribers (ie "Gold Members") supposed to test out the Free Player settings?

    i guess they don't have the gold function activated by some fancy script.

    hmm, interesting, although i thought they said earlier we would be testing as golds.

    i guess silver makes more sense, as we know golds work as we are all technically gold but we need to see if the silver restrictions (ie boffs) work correctly.

    As I just replied to you in the other thread, the server can easily only recognize you as a Silver player and not give you access to any of your Gold Perks. Those are all just internal toggles.
