I get the feeling they're gonna flick the switch at midday and then go for lunch :D

Taking bets on us melting the server by the time they get back ;)

The download when I turned off on demand was 2.3 gigs with a total patch of 3.095 gigs.

Mine was only 668 megs and nothing more to D/L...

Got my Tribble patched and ready for login.
    c'mon give us access. PLEASE

its a bit teasing letting us patch but not log in.

To all that say you have waited so long you will survive waiting another hour or two.
I know, you are right and shut up.

according to Zero in the TTS chat, they're having account permission problems, that is why its been delayed.

The solution is to make some French Toast out of Texas Toast--dipped in a batter made from eggs and Bailey's.

From my patch experience so far the patch server looks to have melted. :(

Please let me get my last 152MB

When I first did the patch it was small like that. But, then I realized I had not turned off the patching on demand option. After turning that option off, I got the full patch all at one time.

The value depends on whether or not you have Patch On Demand activated or not. Some people prefer to patch each Map as they zone into it to save hard drive space. Others want the maps already in their computer to get faster zoning so they have larger patches.

I wasn't aware of the patch on demand thing, so I disabled it a few minutes ago. Started as a 2.9 GB patch now, but it;s going quickly. Over 33% done in only a couple minutes.

2239, wow turning off patch on demand does make a difference. Hey if it makes for quicker load times, I can afford to give up that kind of hard drive real estate.

Sad thing is it is catchy and kinda entertaining. "Kinda," I have to stress "kinda" as the operating adverb in that first sentence.

To be honest I find this a far more entertaining way to spend ten hours waiting for Tribble to come on.

Must be working now, 'cause you all got real quiet.

Normally I'm just patching on demand to get into game quicker. But since the server isn't up yet
I'll patch the whole shabang. Not sure what I'll do to pass the time until the server's up though,
but sure enough it won't be those 10h repeating stuff.
You can keep your Justin Biebers and your jars of dirt, thank you very much.
