I see:
Patched XXXX MB / 2609 MB
Received 1480 MB (85%)

Think it was approx 1600 MB full download. But took my eye off the launcher lol.

    Probably has something to do with Tribble. My last 50 recieved has gone about as fast as the first 200. Just crossed the halfway point, though.

    Wont let me log into tribble *sad face* downloaded the patch which didnt take long (woo 100mb broadband) but as soon as i log in i get the message 'star trek online is closed for maintance' annoying lol

    Yeah, I'd expect it to be online in the next couple hours or so.

    D'Angelo said it would be up "later this morning", and he probably means morning PST since that is the timezone Cryptic is in.

    +1 for this, patched up with a feeling of encouragement, only to be shot down by the "Star Trek Online is closed for mantenance" message. MAKE UP YOUR MINDS PEOPLE! either it's up or it's not! PICK ONE!!!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad:

    I had redshirt and holodeck both updated and still downloaded 1.2 gigs and counting, and that's only about 3/4 done. So it's not a clone, there's definitely a lot of something in there.


    Edit: Also, seriously, calm down guy on the bottom of the last page. They do this with every big patch, putting the patch server up before the game server so when the game is up at least some people will be patched and playing.

    Such impatience you are showing my Padawans.

    The server is available for patching. this is a GOOD thing. They'll open the servers once it's been tested and found to be functioning enough for the masses to come along and crash it again. :p
