On my latest character I've been trying to collect unique bridge officers. Picked up the old mission jem'hadar, kobali, elachi, voth, and heirarchy boffs already. It just seems like there are extremely limited options for "exotic" or unusual bridge officer candidates without going through aliengen.
Some options I'd like to see considered:
Fek'Ihri - we have a handful of fek'ihri ships ingame now and several abilities themed around them, but no boffs. There are male and female fek'ihri models of varying types, these seem like they wouldn't be super difficult to add.
Vaadwaur - Have a whole mission/episode arc around these guys, and one even joins your cause to help the alliance out, but no option for one as a bridge officer candidate.
Changeling/Founder - could be a way to get some unique new abilities and animations in a bridge officer.
Vorta - we have holographic weyoun, of course, but that's the only one as far as I know. It's especially strange that these aren't available when we have a dominion/jem'hadar faction in the game. Speaking of which, can we PLEASE get playable vorta as a jem'hadar faction stand-in? I'd much rather run a jem'hadar crew as a vorta officer than a first. It may not mesh up with the story that was written, but who pays attention to that these days anyhow?
Hur'q - The more humanoid Hur'q, of course, would be great as bridge officers/away team members, especially now that we have playable hur'q ships, the phased waveform beacon to summon hur'q reinforcements, several traits and abilities based on the hur'q, and ultimately they've allied with us after the gamma arc. I'd also like to see the Hur'q attendant as a combat pet option, like the tardigrade.
I'm sure there's a bunch of others that would qualify as well, these are just the ones that come to mind currently.
A normie goes "Oh, what's this?"
An otaku goes "UwU, what's this?"
A furry goes "OwO, what's this?"
A werewolf goes "Awoo, what's this?"
"It's nothing personal, I just don't feel like I've gotten to know a person until I've sniffed their crotch." "We said 'no' to Mr. Curiosity. We're not home. Curiosity is not welcome, it is not to be invited in. Curiosity...is bad. It gets you in trouble, it gets you killed, and more importantly...it makes you poor!"
Passion and Serenity are one.
I gain power by understanding both.
In the chaos of their battle, I bring order.
I am a shadow, darkness born from light.
The Force is united within me.
Although I'd only really care for it if they removed most restrictions - like being able to only have one on a character or not being able to adapt their looks. Otherwise I'm indifferent, I just don't really care for Boffs that cannot wear faction-specific uniforms and who all look exactly the same.
Some additions for the list I'd really like to see then:
Xindi-Arboreals, more Reptilians, Primates
Xindi-Insectoids (the Disco, more humanoid-looking ones if there are design limitations for the original)
Denobulans
Herald
More Voth
While more unique boffs would be nice, i suspect that the amount of work to create a single one would rival that of a starship bridge.
If it were an easy task it would have been added already.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

There is also making it compatible with all the weapons and animations we have in game, so most non humanoids would be off the table outright, such as Tholians and Undine.
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!

100% seconded. I've always been kinda bothered by the fact the Vaadwaur in Delta Rising are portrayed as unredeemably bad guys, especially when the Voyager episode that introduced the Vaadwaur ("Dragon's Teeth") featured at least one of them who was genuinely benevolent (Gedrin), and regretful of his species' dark past.
I would just be happy if they mixed up the Traits. For example, Tarsi (Agents of Yesterday) Tutorial Andorian was first released with the Leadership Spece Trait (same as Elisa Flores). As this conflicted with the racial Trait pool, it was changed.
Also, let your Boffs (e.g. Embassy Romulan Boffs, Diplomacy Boffs) dress with your Faction's Uniforms.

l don't know.
l really don't know what l'm about to say, except l have a feeling about it.
That l must repeat the words that come without my knowledge.'
Whilst it would be great to see more Boffs of the various species we see in the game, there's already a huge amount of unique boffs available.
As mentioned elsewhere, creating some of these new Boffs would be a huge undertaking, and would result in them becoming available through the Z-Store or a Lockbox.

Why is there no 'Agressive' trait for space for Andorians for example? I mean, we even have Impatient making a difference in ship performance...
Some other examples:
Respected for Vulcans (fewer incoming critical hits)
Knowledge of Subspace for Elachi and Vaadwaur (increased defense rating or some additional warp core stats)
Swarm Specialist for Hur'q (increased accuracy for pets)
And if they ever bring back the crew mechanic:
Food Weaponiser for Talaxians (disable enemy crew at increased rating or whatever)

I would also love to see their parts added to Alien Gen, Imagine having a Fek'Ihri Captian with a Fek'Ihri Ship and Crew,
I've also gotten close to making a Vaadwaur character, about 90%.

Also 100% seconded. Options for Reman and Hierarchy characters were added a while ago to the Alien Gen, so I see no reason why we wouldn't get more options to create BOFFs belonging to canon species that aren't currently available as such. I have myself managed to create a Vaadwaur Bridge Officer that is about 90% accurate.
I think the scaly skin and sharp facial features are quite convincing ; the only thing missing is of course the trademark neck crest.

for Vorta I have Lorris on my KDF Jemmie's crew, She just need that head tech, robes and earrings.
I'm sure there's a bunch of others that would qualify as well, like a Photonic Hakeev Boff?

bit unrealistic but sure, why not =P
I turned the skeleton lord into a borg drone the other day, that counts right?

for the neck crest I use Coral 1.
