I don't see an Enterprise-F cameo because the Ent-F wasn't launched until mid-to-late 2409. I don't know how old Shon is either. He might just be a cadet or junior officer in the Picard series.
They don't have to follow STO if they want launch the F in 2399 to usher the new century they will and they might not even use the Odyssey
Or they can compromise and bring the USS Oddysey (if they want to use the Odyssey class that is) and say the next Enterprise will be of this class but there's some issues they need to work out before they launch it.
Also I suspect your typical age for a (human) captain would be mid to late 30s (giving a career of 15 to 20 years depening when they graduated from SF academy), remember that Kirk was exceptionally young to get his first captaincy at early 30s. We should also remember that Shon was in command of the Belfast(sic) (the Defiant class ship) before getting the command of the big E so he probably isn't that young or at least has had a reasonbly long SF career.

The Enterprise E (Sovereign class) is almost 25 years old. The Enterprise D (Galaxy Class) was 20 years old when it was replaced.
There is no reason to believe that the show won't introduce a new version of the ship. Bringing the Constitution Enterprise into Discovery was hugely popular.
While I like the Oddy, I wouldn't mind seeing a new version of an Enterprise F.

Enterprise D was 7-8 years old
The TNG pilot "Encounter at Farpoint" was set in 2364 and was the first time Enterprise was in active duty, Generations was in 2371 and it was the last time Enterprise was in active duty.

I would really love for new and improved Seven to make an appearance. Jeri has done STO in the past, so I don't see why she wouldn't be up for it. Jonathan Del Arco too :-) Annddd I'm seriously hoping that the series introduces a fantastic new ship. I've heard that Picard isn't going to be on something Starfleet, so I'm guessing it'll be Federation, like the Marquis' Val Jean or even a Raven, but really something very cool.
I'd just love for STO to throw itself into Picard, which already in just the trailers and casting, feels more like original Star Trek than the JJ Verse of Discovery.
Ships? Yeah, lockboxes and lobi store.
Episodes? I am sure that there will be something.
CBS is going to try and push it. Cryptic will pretty much have to play ball.
I dislike the Disco stuff. Never saw the show, and nothing they put in game makes me want to watch it.
The Picard stuff seems to just want to push the nostalgia buttons but the storyline and quality don't really grab me. Seems like Picard is a supporting character in his own show, and they throw in some gratuitous guest-stars that make little sense.
For the former? Hard to blame them. Patrick Stewart is nearly 80 years old. The only thing worse than turning him into a supporting character in his own show would probably be trying to pass him off as actually being out there taking part in action scenes.
For the latter?
"Hey, what about Jeri Ryan? She isn't doing anything!"
'But she wasn't a part of TNG. Did we ever even establish that she knows Picard?'"
"Who cares? We'll never spin anything out of Voyager. Use her now!"
'You're right. Netflix already dropped us. It's time to pull out all the stops! Red Alert! Full-nostalgia mode is declared for the show! I repeat, full-nostalgia mode is declared!'
My guess is that most of the Picard series-related content will take place in an alternate timeline, if it is brought to the game.
Picard is retired from Starfleet in the STO universe, having become an ambassador years (or even decades?) ago from our captains' perspective.
The fact that STO also takes place a long time after ST:P means that any potential conflict in the storylines can be avoided. But I don't think that we'll really be involved in whatever is going to happen in the series, unless it is, as said, taking place in an alternative STO-timeline or perhaps as a mini-faction similarly to AoY.
There may be a few actors joining the game though, as none of them have a really well developed story or presence in STO yet of course (except for Seven and Data, with even the latter's story not having been developed all that well). With Troi, Riker and the new characters they could do pretty much whatever they want, assuming they won't get killed off in the series.
I don't see an Enterprise-F cameo because the Ent-F wasn't launched until mid-to-late 2409. I don't know how old Shon is either. He might just be a cadet or junior officer in the Picard series.
I moreso meant something like seeing an Odyssey(or prototype) class under construction in the background somewhere. Otherwise, there's plenty of opportunity for a young Shon to appear somewhere - I doubt they'd have voiced lines though for fairly obvious reasons. I think both would be a neat way to 'nod' at STO as an easter egg without trying to bring the whole themepark mess that is STO into the show.
I really suspect the ship and crew of the Picard series are going to be outsiders to normal starfleet; I really doubt we'll see the actual Enterprise F in the series. (I've certainly been wrong in the past though.)

Though IIRC it's implied that USS Enterprise is the second ship in the class with USS Galaxy being only slightly older, it's out right said in the EU sources but IIRC it's only implied in the series itself.
Picard is retired from Starfleet in the STO universe, having become an ambassador years (or even decades?) ago from our captains' perspective.
Picard is also retired from Starfleet in the new show. We have no idea whether he was an ambassador in the interim, or if he might become one as the show progresses. So far, I'm not seeing a need for a new timeline.

Tons of decades different, if so

The standard way of abbreviating a multi-word phrase is with the first letter of each word. If the broadcast title is "Star Trek Picard," people will call it STP.
Except on forums were someone puts "STP" on a censor list.

Off the top of my head the only thing close to this was when Tasha Yar in the Narendra timeline said that the Enterprise was the first Galaxy class ship built by the Federation. But this could be exclusive to that aberration.
Does this show retcon "all good things" since Riker seems retired instead of being an admiral flying the enterprise dreadnought?
That episode retcons itself. The test in there required Picard to consider time as more than just a linear string, and it altered elements of his history (for instance, the pilot!Picard in the episode never encountered Q's giant space fence). When he resolved the problem, the temporal loop into which Q had placed him ceased to exist, and history resumed its former course; all that stuff in Da Future never happened. (For the most blatant example, Picard got his Irumotic Syndrome diagnosed early this time, so that it could be treated.)

Well it is never outright stated but you infer quite a lot about how people treat or talk about the GCS. It's quite clear that the GCS is fairly new design in TNG with some teething issues rather then a class that's been in use for decades, it's also in-directly implied that the Enterprise was among the first batch of GCS built.

Off the top of my head the only thing close to this was when Tasha Yar in the Narendra timeline said that the Enterprise was the first Galaxy class ship built by the Federation. But this could be exclusive to that aberration.

It certainly seems to take a couple of influences from AGT but the fact that the D was destroyed overrides that timeline.
Thank you for the correction...
