They have the leveling Infinity symbol on them, which I believe caps out at mk X or so. Just throw them through the upgrade system, and they should switch over to mk XII.
I came back from not playing for a while for the summer ship and saw this weekend special. I have the 3 vouchers but for some reason the store will not come up when I use them. So how am I supposed to get the phasers?

Mine came out at Mk XII Ultra Rare. Also they do not indicate the four inate modifiers (i.e., DMGx4) on the item.

Phasers, meh. None of my toons use phasers anymore. More fed-centric favrotism, eh ?
Even if we concede to pessimism and say it is another case of Fed favoritism, phasers are still one of the most under-loved damage types in the game. So really, this is a good thing, at least in this case.
For myself, who only uses Star Fleet sanchioned weapons - That's what I say too besides Phasers, the name alone just sounds cooler than the others
It would be great to see a Phasers overhaul/update that runs a compression wave that increasing Crit and / or Hull damage penitration mod or , something along those lines...
Dunno if you will get it in time thou, it needs 3 vouchers, and this thing ends on monday morning!, keep it sloted!, so the next weekend event you can claim it!

So If I'm reading this right, it takes them 46 seconds to spin up to 100% damage (ten 5-second cycles reduced by two bursts of weapon haste at 5 and 10 stacks), then another 46 seconds paying off the 'damage debt' they've built up by running behind so long, then from that point on you spend another 28 seconds to finally ramp up to the +15% damage state.
I get it that they're named "prolonged engagement", but ~2 minutes of continuous firing??? Its somewhat hard to see how this isn't just a freakish curiousity item. It doesn't need to be best in class, but even for phaser boats I'm thinking I'll stick to Xindi phased-biomatter, KT emitters, or even simple Andorian [Acc][Dmg]x3 phasers. And compared to the actual best in class Terran Task Force unique disruptor... yeah.
Has anyone upgraded this item to gold status yet? I might invest some dilithium to upgrade it but I'd like to know what it does at the gold level. Thanks!

Yeah, actual damage mod phasers seem to be better.
