Yeah that could be, I was thinking it odd though since Data is currently MIA is he not ?
Did she ask Daniels to have her held in another time to facilitate the meeting ? Or does she somehow know where and what Data has been up to ?

To be fair we don't ALL fly huge ships and this comment actually made me laugh; as most know, my primary ship is a little Rhode Island (Nova class variant).

Personally, I was flying a Guardian at the time; I can picture my transporter chief probably making this face in response to Sela's comment:

By the way, if you're wondering, there's a really great Super Tails sprite sheet out there... somewhere... by some guy named shadow_91. These sprites are really great. Like, really good. Quality. Just like what I like to see in a sprite sheet. Also, credit to Joe T.E., his Sonic Battle style Super Sonic sprites have a great palette for a Super Sonic being beat up by Super Shadow, who's palette is from a Super Shadow sheet of unknown origin, but it turns out they were "borrowed" from a better sheet made by a certain Domenico. Oh, and the gif is actually a custom made super version of a similar gif, of which there are only 3 or 4 copies to be found by Google, and even then, evidently of an unknown source. Yep, it's one of those things. Oh, now don't tell me you want in on all this! Well, ok. Look this that Egg Pawn hanging outside your window, pointing his laser rifle at you, waiting for my next order. He's doing his part. Find the closest Nataran Empire roboticization center near you and join the ranks, before the ranks find you. Oh, I know, you figure it must be so satisfying to know I basically rule the world now, and you know what? It is, but do you want to know the true definition of satisfaction? Well, let me tell you a little story. One day, you see a brand new event. They're giving out boxes that give old event stuff. Your dilithium is plentiful. You buy a whole lot of Phoenix packs on your main, and open them all. You get one epic token. Then, you decide, that since you have all the Breen ships and don't give a damn about the others, you exchange it for an ultra rare, and grab yourself a Jem'Hadar Attack Ship and for the hell of it, a Voth Bulwark. You open both, leaving the Bulwark in your vast masses of starships as you jump into the bugship and deck it out, deck by deck, into the most awesome Jem'Hadar ship you can. You fly it. You enjoy it. Eventually, you get bored and leave, leaving the old Bulwark never flown... until later. Your main is long complete. Your new alt main, based off some character you pulled out of nothing just to explain away some starship being in service without the command of your dear admiral, is also complete. Mostly. Their reps and doffs are hard at work, getting you stuff. You realize the potential, and head back for your dear admiral, pull the most Voth themed build you can out of thin air, and suit up in your giant ship in the shape of you know what. You head out... and cause all sorts of havoc. Enemies scream out your name as their very life is drained away by your swarms of Aceton Assimilators. They complain to the devs of your OPness when you revive yourself from death every time you die. Do you show any form of mercy? No. After all, this isn't the United Federation of Planets, this is mother frakkin' Starfleet, where you explore strange new worlds and kick butt never kicked before. Oh, and you realize that I just wrote another speech rivaling your own signature. Cool. Oh, wait, that's just the original draft, it is part of my signature now. Oh, and yes, I am aware that I have become a Canadian Regent; one day, sooner than you'd expect, we'll suddenly decide to take over the world and declare an "alliance", and I shall become it's Regent. You know, like the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance in the mirror universe of our beloved Star Trek. Oh, who'll we be taking over with? I dunno, maybe [REDACTED], or maybe aliens from outer space. Guess you'll have to wait and find out, won't we? Until then, don't ask too many questions, or else my Breen allies on Titania might pick up on your -- [REDACTED BY BREEN CONFEDERACY FOR REASONS] Also, psst... keep an eye out for flying Tribbles! Also walls. Big, great walls, separating entire continents apart. Walls patrolled by Tribbles. Flying Tribbles. Flying Nukara Tribbles. Don't worry, it's not like they were on Venus with a herd of Tholians or anything, they just like the extreme heat and brutal weather like acid rain and hurricane force winds as the norm. Oh, and definitely keep your eye out on any two-tailed foxes, because if they ain't glowing, they're definitely an imposter. Possibly an Undine, we caught one of those once in my place once. Oh, and if you find a two-tailed fox that doesn't like the cold... most certainly ask him to say sorry. If he refuses, DESTROY HIM WITH A DOOMSDAY MACHINE, BECAUSE THERE'S NOTHING ELSE THAT WOULD BE ENOUGH AGAINST SUCH AN OVERPOWERED IMPOSTER!

tr;dr, I am winning last post wins 3.0. Thank you for your time.
    Oh, look, an explosion...

As for the final cutscene, which was a nice touch purely for the focus on the Tasha holo, I kinda think you folks are over-thinking it. I'm pretty sure that was supposed to be T'nae meeting with Sela. And Sela asked her to share her newly acquired memories of decades surviving with her mother on the prison.

But the focus on the holo also locked out the view on the visitor. I don't think that was an oversight, this is an intentional invitation for players to figure out who that is.

    As for the episode:
Artwork: great. There's only so much you can do with a space map, and the first one was very good. The second of course was a bit run of the mill, but that's to be expected. The ground map was just awesome. The temporal bubbling and the change of Tasha over the years were also nice to see.

    Gameplay:
Very easy riddles, but unlike others I liked the absence of minigames. The "go here" pointer was okay, the "go that way" pointer could maybe be done away with. Also - as has been mentioned - tanking the anomalies for a while instead of instadeath was a nice idea. Battle gameplay was okay, I just am not a huge fan of throwing in those pesky spiders (the organic ones). Opponents that don't pose a challenge at all are only slowing the pace. Could maybe do with fewer pop ups. Kurland here.

    Story:
First, I don't think it will be placed at the current point (behind the Tzenkethi contact) but earlier, taking away some of the inconsistencies that would otherwise exist. Then: very nice idea, but a bit overdone in my opinion. Tasha talking about Sela in every log was too much. I get that you need to condense stuff to not let the reading/listening take hours, but to me she seemed more obsessed than caring. Which would be okay in itself, after all she's living a stressful life only about survival for years and may want to take every glimpse of "good life" she has, but it wouldn't have the same impact on Sela. Then: storywise it is a filler mission, not really advancing arcs but is self contained, which also is a nice touch to have every now and then. Sela negotiating conditions for her surrender was of course classic Sela, but maybe it could be toned down as well.

Overall, a good, enjoyable episode for me. Not up there with "Midnight" or "Echoes of Light" in term of story, but they were in such quick succession that maybe my expectations were driven up. Also, no "Mindscape" in gameplay terms. But certainly not a howler at all.

I think the transition from hard-**** Sela that doesn't care for her mother to some sentimentality about her death was not very smooth and thus felt forced. I am not sure how much that is due to the dialog, and how much that is to Denise's voice acting.
My take is that it's either Sela suddenly realizing she never knew her mother, or maybe temporal narcosis...

    Maps: Awesome as always.

Story: Undecided, I still think the future feds are trying to **** us over somehow. I'll admit I was expecting a Tasha-Sela confrontation at the end before you discovered Tasha died.

Why were these anomalies there? if I recall, the Temporal Ambassador stuff was set in a parallel universe where the Ent-C jumps 'forward' in time? The two T'Naes were from different universes?
Yes, the old T'Nae went back in time with the Ent-C, and apparently has been living in a Romulan PoW camp since then.

I did it in a Chronos. hehehee.....
Though there were some bugs that were present, like your away team, Sela and Daniels doing nothing but just standing there and not following your at times.
This seems to be a feature not a bug. They freeze at very specific times.... namely the portal puzzles. You can't even order them to move.
I decided to let myself sink into the story being told a bit. And once I did, I genuinely thought it was a touching story. The maps, space and ground, were just beautifully made. Some of the light ray tricks were nice touches, too.
I always really enjoy FEs that go deeper than just "go over and blow that up". As for timing, it's a temporal emergency that threatened to trash the timeline, so I'll give it a pass for being in the middle of the Tzenkethi war.

It looked like a guy, and also... T'nae's too dark skinned.
I had a strange thing happen, where my weapon wouldn't autofire when on the ground map.
I noticed that when you first meet Ent-C!T'Nae too. But... it only affected me when I was on the inside of that wall. I think it's an invisible object with no collision blocking line of sight.

One technical issue I had: If you moved too fast, you could trigger multiple speech bubbles, making listening to it messy.

I enjoyed it - I would have liked a little more of a maze at the beginning of the ground mission; excellent ground map with a lot of character.

I would like Tasha to talk a little more about her life; maybe Daniels was fast-forwarding to the Sela bits?

The Tholians continue to somehow be a step ahead of everyone in investigation, we really should look into that at some point.

It's hinted in ENT that Tholians have some ability to resist changes to time. Maybe they actually remember the timeline where they captured the Ent-C?

This was the best episode I've played in a long time. It really looks like a lot of effort went in to the ground maps in particular. I don't care for the Daniels character, to be honest, but it was good to see Sela get some more fleshing out.

I wonder if we'll eventually see Brent Spiner added to the VO cast.

After replaying the mission, I'm almost 100 % positive that is indeed Data.
Check out the hand as he puts the Holo statue on the table, it has the same skin shine Data had.
Makes me very curious as to what Sela's special request was...

Data is the only person we've seen with one of those holographic portraits, so almost definitely it was him/B4. I expect the "special request" was the visit from Data/B4.

Honestly, I desperately wish it is Data. And that we'll get him with voice work in the game. That would be so great.
I just didn't want to jump to conclusions beyond the simplest ones. And T'Nae seems simplest. They made an issue of pointing out several times that T'Nae would inherit the duplicate's memories. Which only seems meaningful as it relates to her memories of Yar.

But to assume it's T'nae based off of not getting your hopes high, and then reasoning them off is a bit absurd. It is apparent that Cryptic is at the table with Brent Spiner down the pipeline. He is costly, but not impossible to recruit into the already voice acting star cast. After all; He isn't huge enough ala Patrick Stewart, who is probably impossible to get due to all the filming he is doing.

That might be it. We literally had time travel to accelerate mission preparation and didn't get there until after the Tholians. They've got a real knack for dimensional anomalies. Though about the most explicable thing they did was attack the Na'kuhl sun, at least after the AoY mission filled in the gaps. :)

I replayed the mission and it is without a doubt Data (B4). Don't know where we got the impression that it was T'nae in the first place.

Well... it looked very nice. Little of substance in the story (alternative T'Nae has been driven mad by an ill-fitting wig; Sela is showcased but doesn't actually do anything much; Tholians pop up apparently so there's something to shoot), and, well, the ground map is distinctly buggy in places (fighting those Tholians was harder than I'd have liked, with my two boffs trapped behind tufts of grass a hundred and fifty metres away.)

    But it looked very nice.

data's been back since the ent-f launched

    I must've missed that.
Guess it's even more likely to be Data then.

Although.. it could have made for an interesting arc if Data/B4 had still been missing... And then whamo, out of the blue he shows up. Maybe he was on a secret mission that Daniels or whoever couldn't tell us about, yatta yatta safety of the galaxy stuff.

But I guess that's not necessary.

I replayed the mission and it is without a doubt Data (B4). Don't know where we got the impression that it was T'nae in the first place.

Weird, but I swear I didn't see that when I watched the cutscene last night. Maybe I was distracted at that moment. Yeah, that sure the heck does look like Data. I am more than happy to agree with all of you!

Yeah, honestly at first, in this specific frame, for half a second I was like..."is that Wesley..."
    Kinda looks like his silhouette.
    But no doubt its Data/B4.

When he puts the memorial statue on the table, pay close attention to the skin on his hand. It has the shiny positronic skin look.

The first time I saw that cutscene there was a moment that I thought that this guy was probably some sort of temporal agent (probably a rogue) in a starfleet uniform about to break Sela out of that cell. Then it all changed when he placed that holo-statue of Sela's mother on the table.

Since I hold no love, let alone even like Sela at all, why are we even listening to her in the first place? Sela knows better than to even stand up against us. Even after the events of the Iconian war and the time travel shinanigans, Sela stills holds that arrogant self serving attitude, even though she knows it's her who caused the entire freakin' war to start.

At the end, I was hoping that it wasn't the hologram device but the cup of poison that Sela was given to either drink or spend the rest of her life in a Federation Penal colony as was in a certain book.

As for the gameplay, the puzzles was to simplistic in nature to actually be puzzles. There is really no downside to brute forcing your way through the puzzles. The map is SO much bigger that we can explore everywhere so long as it's within the invisible walls.

As for the rewards, didn't we already have a Romulan ground set? Why not a Romulan space set like the other episodes gave? And why all of a sudden slap stealth on the new set right after the ground stealth nerf? Doesn't that make the set useless since players are switching away from stealth?

Nerfing Ambush is not the same as an overall stealth nerf. The set is still lacklustre, but let's at least be accurate. I had a go with the 2-set and I can see the point of it (enemies ignore you when stealthed*) but I'll stick with my KHG set all the same.

*It'd be nice if the tooltip explained how this works.
