Players who create their captains during the first six weeks of launch will also be able to participate in the new Temporal Agent Recruitment system for bonus personal and account-wide rewards, a new iteration of the popular Delta Recruitment system that released a year ago.
Does the Temporal Agent Recruitment include the old Delta Recruitment elements, or is it totally seperate and if you missed/didn't create a Delta Recruit for Delta Rising you lose out on that?

Your questions make perfect sense, however they are assumptions, as are mine by the way, how long have you been a Cryptic customer, people are asking questions about old characters, Klingon or Romulan oriented questions because some have been around as long as STO has, including me.
We do not take anything for granted with this company, we have learned not to from a long history of dealing with them.

I'm pretty sure this is going to be Fed only. There's not much chance that Cryptic has had the time (or desire) to redo new content for TOS era Klingons or Romulans.
And I'm willing to bet that all the ships can be used by ANY Fed character, new or old.
I'm willing to bet that Fed aligned Roms will be able to use the T1-T4 ships and I'm really hoping that everybody from Feds to Roms to Klingons can use the Temporal Multi Mission and Temporal Raider T6's since they could "technically" be cross faction.

Not necessarily. LOR only had new story missions for Romulans for the most part, and the other factions never got access to most of them. It's entirely possible that they will focus all their efforts into a TOS Fed-only story here as well.

The Ouroboros and the Eternal are as cross-faction as they can get XD Since they are Galactic Union ships.

That out of the way .... I want to know ... Why is the old school Constitution a Tier 1 for the TOS version? ... And what happens at end game? ... Do toons merge with the 2407+ verse?
Probably safe to assume since all the T6 Ships are either "modern Refits" or even from the 31st Century ... my guess is that your TOS Captain will just get into Temporal Shenanigans at LvL 50 or so ... and somehow ends up in 2410 ...
That's what I would bet, but still seems like a no-win for Cryptic... either your TOS toon (and I also have to wonder why the whole expansion appears to be UFP-only) ends up losing all their ships as they get shuffled over into the 2410 game or the "T5 Connie? NEVAR!" wars are back on but with a ship that the people who *want* it care less about.

There will be separate story ARCS (like the Breen or Borg arcs) for each faction. Probably meaning something that older, non-AoY characters can play.
Lol, well if it is fed only Cryptic's "metrics" must be telling them that the rommy and kdf players are nigh on totally extinct at this point, and whatever dismay they have over it just doesn't matter.
My one dedicated rommy toon and one dedicated kdf toon must be a large % of the remaining population.^^

I am guessing the reason the pack is so FED Centric is that they think the KDF/Rom's dont need any ships. The faction ships were so old and dated anyway that they still fit the era. Slightly disappointed that the pack includes stuff which is already in the game though such as TOS mirror uniforms, Command Tunics and the connie itself. Only thing they forgot was to include the Interiors from the TOS Bundle many of us already have so maybe they will add those to the pack later as a 'special bonus' like they did with Legacy of Romulus.
So will T6 Temporal Multi-Mission Science Vessel Eternal Class and T6 Temporal Raider Ouroboros Class be cross faction ships, so rommies and klingons will get something out of the pack too and the rest 9 ship only for feds?
Just in Admiralty that makes a big difference.
And those T6 ships will have fleet versions? And will it drag on like with Intel ships?

Maybe I'm getting a bit jaded. I wouldn't of had problems with a TOS-era shoutout like in the Devidian FE arc. I just can't get my head around fighting through a element in the Temporal Cold War in the TOS era.

Ehh, i dont know that i am greatly dissapointed about this, what "is" rather depressing about it is that "no" information has been posted about where "existing" characters stand with all this as relates to "new" content.
Honestly wanting older players to start over from lvl 1 and grind them to 60 through 6 tiers of ships "and" buy new ships for them is fine.
However no new content for those old characters while doing it isn't.
Let me see if I can clarify my view.
By "reskin of the 1-50 FED leveling experience" is based mainly from the Announcement video
From all appearances, new characters going through the TOS AoY material are going to be dealing with stuff FED characters already deal with in the current time. And while I don't expect things to be a 1:1 repeat of the current FED say to Level 20-ish (at least through the Klingon War Arc) material, the impressions I get from the trailer seem to reflect it.
And from what was mentioned in the announcement blog, there is going to be a tie-in FE series for current characters.

I am kind of curious if these new temporal characters are going to be able to use existing t6 ships when they get to level 50, (The Command Cruisers for example).
Well, I guess I will be dropping $130 in the near future. My fleet is TOS themed and we are already "temporal agents" as that's our fleet backstory.

What this "expansion" needs is a Back to the Future 2 moment. Once you are done with the TOS era, its assumed you get sent to the future to play the regular arc missions. What if your new TOS captain and his bridge crew were in that Drozana station room where you have to stun all the old station staff. So your TOS self is guarding the room, and your future self comes in and stuns you and your crew, the cutscene activates with your current selves stunned on the floor, as your future selves walk in, do whatever it was we did in that room, and walk back out!

Very excited for this. But sad to see (as far as I can tell) no real T5, T6, or T7 Constitution Class even for use just within the 'TOS mission areas' - for want of a better term. But as a TOS fan first and foremost from WAY back (saw my first TOS episode on NBC first run at age 6 in 1969 and was hooked ever since) is an REALLY happy to see direct TOS era themed content with an original TOS cast member providing VO for it.
