What else would he say? "Sorry folks, we got nothing this year. We'll try again next year".
Maybe you're just reading it wrong. It's easy, since apparently it was poorly typed, as evidenced by the fact that it ends with a question which, in turn, ends with a period instead of a question mark. Depending on how you read it, this Twit could be more enlightening than it initially lets on. Let me help you out by making what I have to imagine are corrections...
We [will] have big stuff in [the] store for you this year. What [overpriced T6 ship bundle] do you think will come next[?]

What do I think will come next? Hmm ... let me think ... probably a bunch more over-priced C-Store ships, and maybe a handful of new missions (cause C-Store > content).

In all fairness, the man handled the new boff training superbly! So maybe some good will come of it, after all.
You mean the one that was entirely done so they could shoehorn BOff abilities into lockboxes? The one that lead to KLW resulting in some of the most rampant game imbalance to date?
Yeah... that was... awesome.

You're focusing on the negative. On the other end, we don't have to get a TRIBBLE ton of BOffs for different ship builds now. We just train our existing ones in new abilities and swap them out. makes for more flexable builds. Kimocite may have been a rough patch, but as someone who doesn't PvP I'm not really affected by it. Let alone concerned about Kimocite. My builds don't depend on it anyways, and I'm sure alot of others don't either. Its just one of those nice to have things for increased DPS, but if you're not chasing numbers its no big deal. *shrug*
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!

Actually, it was. Very awesome. Being able to switch between all learned skills at any time without losing the learned skills was a huge quality of life improvement. Being able to train "special boff" abilities like Beam Overload III with just a manual was another. So more of that awesomeness would be welcome to me.
But then I don't PVP and am not fixated on DPS, so "imbalance" doesn't hurt me. I still don't own a Scimitar or use AP weapons on most of my alts. Life is good.

I never had a TRIBBLE tonne of BOffs for different builds. I used builds that worked, and rarely had to sub out more than one or two, if any, thus did not require backup builds with applicable BOffs. Thus the result of the revamp for me was almost entirely negative, making it very easy to focus on the negative.

When people can drop into an STF with several others running KLW who annihilate the enemy quickly enough and with high enough numbers that the poor folks get an AFK penalty despite contributing what little they could beside it... you realize that you really don't have to PvP to be affected by it.
Hm, what I think? T6 versions of popular ships like the Regent, Vesta and possibly Kumari. Probably more specialisations and new voice actors (I think they said somewhere that more are coming).
What I hope to see? All of the abovementioned things are nice, plus a T6 Star Cruiser, new playable species (Voth for example) and some small things like event ships returning, and more C-store stuff but something different than just new ships. Like new species, new unique devices, new bridges.
Some stuff added to planets like Andoria and Vulcan, a reason to go there even if it's for mini-games.
Would be nice if we could get an option to build our own planet, maybe a small and customisable colony, either as a personal or fleet holding. I know, not realistic to expect this last thing, but well... the question that was asked was rather open-ended
How I read it - "We're making more stuff for the game (duh), I wonder what the player base is expecting us to do (because it probably won't match what our plans are)."
Oh and apart from small C-store thingies and some things added to the core worlds of the factions (just realised that New Romulus could use some love too), one content-related thing I'd like to see is a mission where we see the Klingon Empire and the Romulan Republic join (or form a succesor state with) the Federation. I hope we'll see it happen in a mission.
Hmmm... Someone mentioned a 9 ship Vesta package...
I can just see the rage threads from the KDF & Romulans that yhey have no way to get the consoles from the first three ships, and now their new ship is gimped because of it...

Has yet to happen to me. Guess I've just been lucky.

I'm not greedy, I just want a replay of the old missions with exclusive items for my Delta Toon.

Ya know, we don't even get new missions anyone. Has anyone else noticed this? They are just advertisements for their newest cs/lobi/lockbox ships.
I know, it's been weeks since they released their last episode! If they can't be bothered to churn one out every day then they might as well pack it all in and open up a ship model company.

Well, how about "that's it for the decade--see you in 2021!"
Not really, but you asked.

... 9 ship cross faction Vesta bundle confirmed? Maybe... maybe.
I don't mind that last one.
Sound about right?
Still waiting for new faction SCIENCE! ships
Nailed it.
I'm just not in the mood for enthusiasm without cause. Tell us something meaningful and maybe then I'll cheer.

As I have recently filled up all my spec trees on my main... I'd be interested in a new tree.

I believe they're referring to skill not spec. They've been talking about refurbishing the skill trees for... almost ever.

Not true. We still get featured episodes monthly. It's better than having a few missions every 6-12 months like they were for a while.
