Dumb question here just claimed the rom and kdf now apart from the obvious point of which i mean already had the sao paulo do i have to claim the ship on all my toons or once claimed it will stay available permanantly after today as this is the first time for quite a while that they have given away ships i dont have or really have a use for

Claim it once on any character. Just make sure you claim all three ships.

The ships are account wide unlocks. Once you claim it on one character, it will be available in the future, even if you delete the ship.

I had a bit of extra entertainment money and bought the Sao Paulo last month, but I didn't have the other two ships so it balances out for me, as far as I'm concerned.

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
KDF people: if they had given "only" a T3 ship (with the quad cannons) then people would just complain about the unfairness of getting a lower-tier ship.

Technically, none of the stuff They've given away so far is "NEW", as it's all been available to acquire and/or purchase for awhile.
So technically, Her statement is somewhat misleading and therefore could be interpreted in any number of ways.
There's also nothing in Her statement that eliminates the possibility that an item could be given away for Two Days in a row.
