If you could be any race depicted in star trek media (game, movie, show, comic) what would it be?

My choice obviously is ferengi. What is yours?

    I'd probably pick Trill, with Orion female in second and Andorian female in close third.

    Vulcan would be my second pick but for some reason I don't enjoy that they can logically justify "lying" that always stuck with me being so smart that you could LIE but simply explain it as a choice or a mistake

    I dunno if I was having to maintain these forums and had to single out people to be friends with and leave their threads alone, it would seem kinda like favoritism don't you think? it's weird how that goes. whats that one race that only understands logic and profit it wasn't the ba'ku but they were in a recent movie with Picard, that's another race I would pick and now that I think about it there are not really in STO they briar patch ships

    no Klingon? why do you like spoonheads better than klinks I always thought they were much worse liars than even romulans and Vulcans, they are after all modeled after snakes!

    As long as it was AFTER each world's period of tyranny, I would choose Cardassian or Bajoran. IF I opted for Trek humanity, I would want to live on a colony world, not United Earth. I guess to me, a "utopian" world is both too conformist for me, and rather suspect in that I don't know how many bodies that utopia is really built on. Cardassia and Bajor both have serious flaws, but they are at least out there in the open so that I would know what I need to watch out for. Both worlds, in their own ways, seem relatable to a human of the early 21st century (because unlike most 24th century humans, people of our current time have street smarts).

    Gulberat I have to bow to your insight because I didn't even think to consider time periods of races in the mess of Trek lore.

    I also should have said "any race but Q" because some people seem to think they could be a Q when in fact they are full of intergalactic interdimensional fail! I still think the ferengi will inherit the earth or at least be a middle management race to the gods

    Whatever Morn is. He doesnt work alot, just chills out and drinks alot, gets hot girls, mysterious, was sitting on a TRIBBLE load of latinum, had a steamy mud bathtub, people love him, do i need more reasons.

    well isn't Wesley Crusher like a Q now that is the only reason I did not say Q because humans can be like them anyway or any species I guess can "become" a Q. If you want to be that big bad magician how about a douwd? The old guy that killed the entire race of creatures by thinking about it
