    More fo these Daleks!

We do NOT want those Daleks ever again! If they were exterminated by the cardboard cut-outs from 'Power of the Daleks' we should't bad an eye.

Yeah we do! Better than the metallic ones! They had their chance and failed!

Really? Have a little butch at the Parliament ship, or the ship from 'Into The Dalek', 'Time of the Doctor', or this episode, how many of those monstrosities are left? I count one white one. I guess even the 1964 Daleks have a better survival rate than them buggers. 5 'The Daleks' Daleks in the last episode :p.

    Lol... timey wimey!!!! TIMEY WIMEY!!!!

    Need more orange daleks!

JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

I thought it was very interesting. Will the doctor still gun down a boy who is, at the moment, innocent?

To be honest, this has left me wondering if this isn't the first steps toward him becoming the Valeyard.

That happens somewhere between his 12th and Final incarnation, and since he has a new regeneration cycle, that's a long way off yet, unless it's already happened offscreen between the David Tennant and Matt Smith incarnations. The Valeyard has made a few appearances in Big Finish Audio dramas.

And it succeeded. The Special Weapons Daleks Special Weapon is designed to one-shot other Daleks, something which no other Dalek has done irrespective of what weapon they're mounting.

Why? It's no different to just edit this one, keeps everything together and allows for any predictions made to be confirmed easily.

Just don't read my first post until you've watched it.

    Episode 2, absolutely brilliant

"The meaning of victory is not to merely defeat your enemy but to destroy him, to completely eradicate him from living memory, to leave no remnant of his endeavours, to crush utterly his achievement and remove from all record his every trace of existence. From that defeat no enemy can ever recover. That is the meaning of victory."

      SPOILERS
Why did the Dalek that captured Clara and the Master have the ability to move off a metal surface? "The Daleks"

God knows how many of the Daleks were flying while chanting "All parise Davros" ... why didn't they just fly away?

I like the lines regarding this only effecting the Daleks on Skaro. (Cough* next point)

If any of the lot who got the "Hybrid upgrade" survived... they're now impure... Paradigm Daleks!!!! Got some stuff for you guys to blow up! ... I'll be honest.. I was expecting them to be attacked other Daleks for not being "pure."

Sewers... Da Faq?! How did you not consider that happening?!

We're talking Davros here, he is one of the greats of Doctor Who bad guys

Dalek weapons typically don't vaporize people... usually it's pop- skeleton- drop dead.

But these Dalek weapons vaporized Missy and Clara... or perhaps transported them... as the Anne Robinson weapon did to Rose Tyler. And maybe the Doctor gets hold of one of those Dalek transporter weapons and goes back to free Davros from that minefield...

Because only the first bunch (the ones with no slats on their midsection) needed the metal floors, by the time of the mk 3s, they had solved that problem.

All Daleks are to certain degrees; all Imperial Daleks, the Bad Wolf ones, Crucible, 'Genesis' 'The Daleks and Dalek Invasion of Earth' versions, all made from non-Kaled mutant Dals. This mob were all loyal to Davros (despite the mixed colour schemes) presumably they are all grown from him as well.
Also what Paradigm? There's one! left, in the Parliament.

Since Remembrance of the Daleks sure (and in the special edition of Day of the Daleks), prior to 'Genesis of the Daleks' they didn't even get a laser effect. And they have vapourised people before.

Why did the Dalek that captured Clara and the Master have the ability to move off a metal surface? "The Daleks"

Because only the first bunch (the ones with no slats on their midsection) needed the metal floors, by the time of the mk 3s, they had solved that problem.

It's a mark 1. Aka the one that can only travel on metal.

        Paradigm Daleks!

Sigh :/ . We do not want them, they are ugly and stupid and smell bad.

        Yeah we do. Shut up!

        Drop dead = exterminate
        Vaporize = maximum exterminate

Kind of like the ST phaser settings >:)

Loved the inbuild Dalek translator :D

So, I'm guessing you haven't seen it yet, the explanation for their survival is at the beginning of the episode

        1. Boy yeah she was kinda dumb in this episode. No wonder why the Master wanted to eat her.
        2. The doctor didn't hear the dalek ask for mercy in the big bang. He was too busy being shot or teleporting through time.
        3. They didn't necessarily throw out the sonic screwdriver. Just that he left it behind, he should have it now... if they really did toss it out for good, people are gonna be pissed.
        4. The doctor knew it was a trick to get his energy hence why he went ahead and did it anyways
        5. The doctor lies. He lied to the emperor because he knew he was being 'played'.

        2. It doesn't really matter if he heard it directly or not, I'm sure River would have mentioned it. Besides Daleks have asked for pity in the past, mercy is hardly different.
        3. I don't thing I saw it in the trailer past this episode.
        5. Which Emperor? When?

Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though.
JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

Davros? Ah, he's not the Emperor, he's just the creator of the Daleks. I thought you were referring to some other time.
