    Too bad the patcher is so dang slow today. Ah well, I suppose Risa will be here for a month.

    Here's hoping it doesn't take that long to patch. o.O

    Maybe they should have put the caracals in the hamster wheels to make the hamsters that power the servers, run a bit faster...

    Glad it isn't just my launcher patching slowly.

    I think the hamsters are walking in their wheels, not running.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    Where has the ornithologist moved to? I have dozens of eggs still from last year and birds only half raised waiting to finish off. Has she been removed this year? If so then what can I do with all the eggs I bought last year?

    Edit: Never mind, I was being thick and looking for her where she was the first year. Somehow managed to forget she'd moved last year.
    Join date is wrong, I've actually been around since STO Beta.
    True alters don't have a "main". Account wide unlocks for all unique event rewards!!

    I've been poking the team about the slow patch speeds. Be mindful that it IS a large patch. Still, I'll continue poking.

    Half an hour patching, just got to 12% (244MB received). Normally this thing patches pretty fast, even for large patches.

    At this rate, I'll start playing around 6PM ET.

    Looks like NW has some events going on and that's also plugging up patching bandwidth. Looks like it should clear up soon so patching speeds up.

    i hope its not a necrotic Equus ferus caballus you are poking there with that stick :P.

    hmm, need to drink some coffee, perhaps make some bacon burgers in the meantime as this speed stays as it is. past 10 minutes only seen a 100mb upload which is slow as an idea from my end.

    Large patch or not, I've only gotten a measly 57mb since my first post in the thread. I have slow internet but it's not THIS slow.

    I decided to check and see something, I can patch and PLAY Champions Online just fine, so are you telling me that the 2 most popular games under the Cryptic banner share bandwidth, but the red-headed stepchild has it's own? I am confused, more so than normal.

    I have 25mb connection and payching at kb speed... at this speed i will miss the summer-event, lol
