didn't you post a couple of days ago about the alien gen and races? doesn't that mean they don't actually have different races you can't already have through the alien gen? you can't have it both ways. you can't tell the feds to go and use the alien gen and then complain that the kdf and roms need to go use the alien gen too.
Yes. I'm just pointing out that the feds are defending a ship, like we defend out races.
As for the alien gen races. Kudos to those that have used it to create what they want. Got nothing against that. I've done it and I've seen other who have. That's being dedicated to playing what you want. Not wanting what someone else has.
And as I said. We aren't asking for anything that the federation has. For level 40 give use a downgraded version of the Varanus, you can call it a Pirate Support Vessel. You know kind of a prototype to the Varanus.
The T6 Science Command Vessel that we have, if you look at the stats, it just a slightly stronger, re-skinned Fleet Corsair Flight-deck Cruiser. And the Lt Science seat from the Fleet Corsair becomes a Universal.
As I said, the KDF and Romulans aren't asking for anything the federation has. We don't want anything they have. Of course with Ferengi and Orions doing business I suppose anything is possible.
And I'm not saying that there is really anythign wrong with the T6 Science Command... other than its a Klingon cruiser, so it has that BoP look. Classic yes, but overly bulky.
Lets take the Fleet Corsair, or just the regular Corsair. Remove the hangar bays, add two wing to the tip, making room for the extra science consoles. The Fleet Corsair already has the right Boff seating. Just add the right adjustments to these for a T6 ship. Hulls and stats on par, but not exactly the same, with a Federation T6 Science, and there you have it. A brand new, Syndicate Science Support Vessel. Hell it can even be Gorn.
Letheans and Naussicans are still trying to prove themselves as worthy members of the Empire. A ship contribution from them would go a good ways toward that. But they're more toward the combat side of things more piracy and all that, so more toward the cruiser. I wouldn't mind seeing a Pirate Battle Cruiser, or even a Privateer's Dreadnaut.
See I'm not asking for new ships. Hell retrofits will do. You know a previously designed ship, refit for a different purpose.
... cloak , KDF consoles , battle cloak , more raiders (but not ones that blow up) , carriers (O-M-G carriers) , make Beams ~ to cannons (during Escorts Online) and so on ...
the older missions mentioned in the op and the interview are actually quite fun. pls dont remove them. decent ground missions are hard to come by in this game.
Finished listening to the interview today. By and large I like most of the things that were mentioned. I'm really glad that the Cardassian/DS9 arc is up next for a revamp. DS9 is my favourite Trek series so to see that get a revamp a'la the Romulan arc would be great.
A bit concerned with stuff said about the queues though, particularly with Gorn minefield getting mentioned. It's the only dilithium reward queue that's really alive (along with Starbase 24), it's fairly fun to play and gives out decent rewards, especially when it's a daily reward mission. Now compare that to Klingon Scout Force and The Big Dig. Both are in the daily reward missions cycle but even when it's their turn, they're dead. Now there's usually a few people in the queue, but because they need 20 people each, they hardly ever get enough to get going. They're not bad missions, but needing that many people is silly. Lower the amount of people required, scale the difficulty appropriately and you're sorted.

You forgot the Orions.
The kdf still don't have it but the Feds get it in that remastered episode
The Negh'Tev came around two years after it was mentioned...
...figure the T6 BoP will take twice as long. Might come out right before they introduce T7 ships.
