Now on the fifth day of this problem I'm out again due to the same initial issue. That's ore I cannot gather, R&D points I cannot accrue, missions I cannot undertake, Borg neural processors I cannot acquire, Borg ship set I cannot build, and an endless list that goes on and on over 4 Captains.
As a paying Gold member of 5 years, is it reasonable to expect some sort of compensation for this?

I don't know what's up with the game, but these couple of days it has been SUPER annoying to get into the game. The launcher like 90% of the time doesn't work. Right now, the launcher isn't working nor connecting so I can't even log in.
Everything is totally fine when I do log in, but when I do one Fleet Starbase 5-man alert, the game just start lagging off and it becomes almost unplayable, best part is that in this PvE Queues in specific is the ONLY one that has this issue. After this alert is done, I get the Server Not Responding to greet me.

Hopefully we can get some resolution. I haven't been able to play since the last update.
I opened this thread back on the 8th of April. It is now the 14th of April. How many days is it so far with this hit and miss for getting into STO? And that's even if you can do anything once you get there!
So 6 days later I still cannot get in to STO without a long term major struggle, if I get in at all. After I do get loaded in, with sometimes as much as five hours of trying and failing, there's the ever popular lag and disconnects resulting in the same struggle to get back. Rather rough trying to do a PVE that way for all team mates even though they might not have had the disconnect issue. They get punished too.
What would really be nice is to have at least someone that's working on this at least acknowledge that they are working on it. As it is now I feel like I'm being ignored and my presence here has no real consequence.

I've had three days of the server being unavailable at the same time each day and out for as much as 5 hours a day that I would normally be here. All during Delta Recruit. I've had one day that someone here somehow helped after we posted node ping tests to show for the culprit, but the lag has been tough.
Now on the fifth day of this problem I'm out again due to the same initial issue. That's ore I cannot gather, R&D points I cannot accrue, missions I cannot undertake, Borg neural processors I cannot acquire, Borg ship set I cannot build, and an endless list that goes on and on over 4 Captains.
As a paying Gold member of 5 years, is it reasonable to expect some sort of compensation for this?

Hopefully we can get some resolution. I haven't been able to play since the last update.
So 6 days later I still cannot get in to STO without a long term major struggle, if I get in at all. After I do get loaded in, with sometimes as much as five hours of trying and failing, there's the ever popular lag and disconnects resulting in the same struggle to get back. Rather rough trying to do a PVE that way for all team mates even though they might not have had the disconnect issue. They get punished too.
What would really be nice is to have at least someone that's working on this at least acknowledge that they are working on it. As it is now I feel like I'm being ignored and my presence here has no real consequence.
