Priority One - Cardassian Series Update - Actors?

I was listening to priority one 208 and mention was made that one of the things they want to do is rework the cardassian mission chain to bring it up to the quality of recent episodes.

With that in mind which DS9 actors would you like to see back voicing the game.

Marc Alaimo - Personally I would love if they could get Marc back to do some voicework as Dukat/Voice of the Pah-Wraiths.

Casey Biggs - although Damar didn't survive the Dominion War, his detailed hologram was available (as seen and used for plot points in a couple of episodes). Again it would be great to have him back in some form.

    Don't forget Elim Garak as well. Andrew Robinson. He was great as the imfamous Tailor turned hero on Cardassia.

    If they're simply retelling the existing story, then I don't think there will be any room for known characters to come in. The Romulan story always included/involved Sela, and there was a chance to grab Denise for some voice work, so they did and revamped the episodes with that to use.

    The Cardassian story has no Garak, no Damar, no Dukat, and no Weyoun. Unless they're going to rewrite the content (rather than remaster it) there wont be room for these guests. Be it a rewrite though, or a [reluctant] Cardassian Fraction, the voice actors I'd like to see are the four who did the characters as above, though I think it would be true to say that Andrew Robinson is the most obvious candidate; Dukat, Damar and Weyoun are all dead.

    Mary Crosby as Natima Lang, Castellan of the Cardassian Union, possibly in that mission where you visit Cardassia to retrieve a MacGuffin.

    As i understood the story, Dukat is trapped with the pah-wraiths in the fire caves - not dead. Just like sisko ended up with the prophets in the celestial temple.

    they should rework it to have an NPC named Kim the Cardassian.

    I thought the Pah Wraits took over his body (which resulted in his death). Sisko wasn't possessed (in the same sense) where as Dukat was more a vessel.

    That was my understanding of it anyway.

    If they rework the storyline i would love to see some completely new Episodes.

    And it wowuld be great if we would see Elim Garak and Kai Kira. The Return of Benjamin Sisko would also be amazing

    A DS9 revamp would be great too and Quark could take over his bar again. We could see Grand Nagus Rom. Maybe Commander or Captain Nog would help us in a mission.

    And Captain Ezri Dax: THat would be the Perfect time for a updated T6 Vesta...
    Miles O´Brien could appear as member of Strarlfeet Corps of Engineers (give him at least the Rank of Commander or Captain)
    Julian Bashir as head of a medical Department or so.


    So many opportinuites but no idea if the actors who played these Characters would return to the ST franchise .the Cardassian missions have so much potential to Bring Actors back

    Cryptic could easily take the seeds of "dealing with the True Way" in the form of new episodes, trashing much of the old storyline. Just because bigger named actors (or likenesses) didn't appear in the missions, as they stand now, does not mean they couldn't write them in with little effort.

    Besides, IIRC, one of the FED missions mentions Garak by name, I think.

    Here's a thought... kill off Kurland. :P

    could also be an opportunity to get some Chase Masterson love ;D

    give her a bit more to say than Dabo ;D she is/was the wife of the Nagus after all ;D

    I would imagine a good number of them would be happy to reprise their roles. The only exception I can think of would be Avery Brooks and Terry Farrell.

    The cast that played Ezri, Bashir, and O'Brian I've seen appear in several other shows, so they're still active (I think Alexander - Bashir) is even in Season 5 of Thrones. Mr Dorn has already worked the part, I'd expect he'd be willing to reprise his role.

    Rene and Nana, I have no idea on them. I don't know what they're up to as of late.
